Over the years, a lot of stories have been started but left unresolved. Many of these plot points date back to JER's original run. I think many of them still have potential for ongoing storylines.

-What was in the freezer in the basement of Jonesy's townhouse?

-What was under the tarp at the jungle compound that Hope was not allowed to see? (I think this might have turned out to be the x-ray machine that allowed Stefano to view the masterpieces underneath the painting that "Gina" painted over them)

-Just what was Stefano's plan for Hattie?

-Should Lucas ever be brought to justice for killing Franco?

-Should Kate ever be publically exposed for being a hooker?

-Should Greta come back to reveal her father's identity?

-What else did Marlena do when she was being held captive by Stefano?

-Should Hope remember her four missing years she spent as Gina?

-What about John's past? Should it ever be thoroughly explained, and should he ever remember?

-Why was Jennifer so upset with Bill after she left Africa and returned to Salem in 2000?

-Why do the DiMeras hate the Bradys, and what was up with that factory in Ireland?

-What were the "ghosts" that appared during the Stalker storyline? Holograms? Hallucinations?

If you can think of anymore, add them.

The only thing of those I think that should be revisited is Kate as a hooker, Greta's father, Marlena's missing years, and Brady/Dimera feud.

The rest, IMO, DAYS would just butcher more.

I would love to finally have an answer to what's behind the Brady/Dimera feud.

-Some of the "inheritances" from Stefano's will. Most we know like kippers for Kate, but others not others...

-Where are Wendy and Jonah? Who was Wendy's kid's father?

-Mimi and drugs

-Comeuppance for Lexie in witnessing Marlo's murder. Say accesorry?

-Victor finding out about Kate and Nicholas Alamein, and the fact that Billy was p.o'ed with Kate about it at the time when she left town (Krista Allen) never to mention it again.

-Were Vivian and Lilly sisters?

-Why did Celeste come back from her world travels, leaving Ivan and Vivian?

-When Kate was a waitress, she was bleeding all the time. (When she was at the shelter and then living/ working with Faye Walker) Was that resolved?

-Speaking of which... Did Paul Walker know Brandon wasn't his son? Did Faye know Brandon was Abe's son? Did Faye know that Brandon knew Abe was his father?

-Was the blue key that John stole from Toni and used to fondle solved - I know it had something to do with Rex's & Cassie's bracelets, (I used to FF those)

-Why did the famous can emit gas, but only held a key?

-What happened to the Horton centre that served soup?

-Why did the twins come to Salem in a meteor when they were from earth (I can't believe I wrote that)!

-Did Mary Moira and Susan's brother (forgot the name) know it was Penelope that died and not Kristen or Susan?

-The glowing goop from the end of Higley's run - was that resolved?

-That rewritten history (Brady and Belle's nanny was Chelsea, lol) with the John and Marlena'snanny and Celeste - they had a history...

Oh, I'm sure there are plenty more. I know some of these aren't dropped S/Ls as much as they are non-resolutions, or questions from me, lol.

I want to see them actually write the consequences of Abe finding about Lexie and Tek. This seems to have been dropped when it could of led to a child custody battle and seeing Lexie and Abe fight any lingering feelings and seeing Tek and Abe try to work together would of been interesting. Instead? We see nothing. Odd!

Wendy was supposed to be connected to Stefano, but they dropped it because Jonah left, or she left. And they'd already re-casted her once. I don't know I forget. But Stefano was the answer there.

i would love to have Greta back and find out who her father is...loved Julianne Morris, and after reading Ali's latest blog she is friends with a lot of people from the show still...

Also if stefano returns i would love the brady/dimera fued history brought up..I think Hogan could make that really interesting...

DAYS has a huge problem with dropping storylines. Out of the many in the show's history I want to see Greta's father, Lucas shooting Franco, Brady/DiMera feud and John's past be resolved.

I would like to see the same done for John and Marlena. It seems as though Marlena always has an out. It's one of the most sickening things about her character. She never had to deal with the repercussions of her affair with Roman coming out. Not only that, but people were acting like it was forced or something, which is total bullshit.

Also, I would LOVE for Greta/Julianne to return and discover her father!!! I was torn between whether I wanted Stefano to be her father, or John. She was such a good actress, and she had such great chemistry with so many of the cast members.

I also want to know WTF Days was thinking when they decided to make the Gemini Twins Roman and Kate's kids. That was the most horrible plot device ever, just because the Kaman relationship was going on at the time and needed some sort of prop. And you'd think that if they were going to do something like that, they'd at least show more scenes with Roman, Kate, Cassie, and Rex together, discovering and getting to know each other. What crap! Not to mention that they totally screwed all chances of hooking Cassie up with anyone else because by making her Kaman's children, she was related to almost everyone on the damn show. Personally, I was rooting for a Jack/Cassie pairing... But Alexis had great chemistry with EVERYONE.

The only plots I want revisited are:

-Greta's father (Love Julianne-see my blog )

-The Brady/Dimera feud

-a reversal of Rex and Cassie being Roman and Kate's

-Marlena and John's past

-Lucas killing Franco

-the Stefano will reading stuff and some story hints that they dropped with Tony when he came back in 2002 (the diary, etc)

-Kate's past and the fact that Kate has never got busted for anything (I mean she was involved in the coronation massacre for God's sake). I love Kate and Koslow but she has gone down for nothing but the Sami/Brandon thing and that was nothing-I want a downfall.

That is all I can think of but these are the ones that nag at me at times.

I hear ya about the Gemini Twins - Rex and Cassie were just offbeat enough to be perfect DiMeras!

They had fabulous chemistry with both Dee and Thaao, and I just love the possibility of John having to deal with Tony and Marlena having kids for years.

I was looking forward to Cassie going DiMera on Belle.
