I don't see much similarites other then they are both pathetic, sleazy and self absorbed. Unlike Colby, Lulu is sometimes capable of thinking about others besides herself, she cares about her family and her portrayer is a better actress.

The character of Colby just came back to AMC not to long ago while Lulu has been around somewhat longer. Time should be given for Ambyr Childers to grow in the role and become more comfortable on the show. So far she has done just fine considering how networks throw new young actors into the fire immeadiately all the time.

The actress playing Lulu on General Hospital has hit the ground running however. She is has done a fine job given the fact they have sorased Lulu and turned her into a double dealing troubled slut with some redeeming qualities.Something that this young actress has been able to portray quite well considering that she has fine acting range for a girl her age.

Both are pretty young girls who are pretty much welcomed on their respective shows as far as I'm concerned.

For every conniving and scheming thing Lulu does we see the guilt and pain she goes through doing it. Colby was a cold !@#$%^&*] to Sydney and couldn't care less.

JMO, lot of the young ladies on soaps are starting to look the same, maybe they are clones.

Julie Berman who plays Lulu can act circles around half the people on "GH", another reason why she rocks!

The actresses definately seem a lot alike, but Lulu isn't a brat like Colby is. I'm waiting on Colby though, something tells me there's going to be more to her.
