Mark cast plenty of duds too. He's always been overhyped. He and Frank are a deadly casting combo

Oh give me a break Mark Teschner is the best in the biz. He found Vanessa Marcil, Becky Herbst, Jonathan Jackson, Amber Tamblyn, Tyler Christopher, Julie Marie Berman, Jason Thompson, Sarah Brown and the list goes on. Great major talented actors who weren't Passions actors but has real talent and looks. He has missed a few times but every casting director has. Nobody has the most awards and finds then this man

Best in the biz yet other casting directors found more breakout stars then him. 

This works as parody this is so funny. I don't believe Vanilla ice JR. wants to look good for girls.

I think Mark Teschner is a great casting director on the same level as the late Betty Rea. The problem is Frank who ends up hiring the worst actors.

 

I hate Carly, always have, even back when she was introduced with Sarah Brown. Well actually I liked her a bit when she was played by Tamara Braun. But her character has always been a shrieking trainwreck hypocrite. The one thing I'll say is that all of the actresses playing the role are very talented actresses (well maybe not that short term 3rd Carly between TB and LW).

Maybe I'm the only one, but I actually liked Jennifer Bransford in the role, and thought she was never given a proper chance.  She certainly knew how to brawl.

Sam had a lot of good brawls with LW as well. JB wasn't a terrible actress per se. It's just that she tried too hard. Even in the clip you posted, the way she saunters in. Just my opinion though. I hate this character though. So annoying!!

That's why I blame both of them for the horrible casting. GH hasn't had a good male lead in over a decade young or old. 

Twice in the past two months we've seen a young bartender at the Haunted Star. I've nicknamed him Gin Rumsfeld.

He once refused to serve angry drunken Kiki:



Then on Nov. 30, he served Laura a drink to toast the death of Helena Cassadine:



Your help identifying the actor would be appreciated. This poor guy toils day after day, eating nothing but E coli-infested peanuts, at a bar where nobody knows your name.

I like him as a potential June-August romance for Laura. She's gone so long without that Scott is starting to look good.

I hate Laura's hair. Its too long and the style is unflattering on her. She needs to cut it and get a better color as well

I can see why you don't like the character.  Carly is combative and shrill so often, and nothing's changed all that much, no matter who has portrayed her, or who has written for the character.  People grow, change, evolve, and that is what the character of Carly should have happen.  LW is a wonderful actress who would have done a wonderful job charting the transformation, but, alas, she was never given the material to do so.  Just lather, rinse, repeat with the character is what the viewers have gotten time and again.

The actor is Luke Scroggins. I remember he had posted an Instgram photo with the tag #generalhospital back in September so I looked through the posts for you and found him.
