I hate to cause a certain poster to hate me--but I don't see this huge improvement in Jack's acting at all. I do see *some* improvement--but now he has this weird acting tic of really breaking up his lines--like with weird pauses.

Not to mention this awkward squint smile thing. I'd still keep his lines limited or recast with a capable younger actor.

I go back and forth about the music for this and AMC. It sounds a bit cheaper--more clearly synth work (though I know it was on the network too) and the scoring style is kinda different. Some of it really works, some I find too much (like that cheezy faux tropical sound cue for the Bora Bora stuff.) I also don't recognize the same cues used over and over (they only used the old Peobo based cue--fittingly--in the first episode) which makes me wonder if they score each episode individually, which may be why they sound a bit less polished. (I wish More OLTL would devote four minutes to simple stuff like showing us how the show is scored rather than swimsuits.)

If FF can afford 4 yrs. to "grace" us with the role of Gigi, Trischitta should be given at least that much time to impress us.

When it comes to minority families I want to see back...maybe Carla Grey's clan? People seem to forget that the early OLTL wasn't just Viki.
