First of all, how is cleaning up a prison helping the upstanding members of the community? Second... even if it was supposed to be a suspended sentence and teach Kristina a lesson... Why not send her to a WOMEN'S PRISON -- considering that's where she'd actually GO if she did time? This is why an idiot is writing this show. However, even if it was argued that the judge was trying to make a point to Kristina, it would've been to a female's prison. No female convict would ever see the inside of a men's prison... that's what I was saying. So the entire "story" was WAAAAAAAY off! However, his supporters wouldn't dare touch that glaring point. She could've helped Johnny escape like Molly did with Rafe and them. All around stupid plot point for a character they arent even interested in.
