No judge would've sentenced a woman to a men's prison as "community service" to begin with. First of all, how is cleaning up a prison helping the upstanding members of the community? Second... even if it was supposed to be a suspended sentence and teach Kristina a lesson... Why not send her to a WOMEN'S PRISON -- considering that's where she'd actually GO if she did time?

Agreed. However, even if it was argued that the judge was trying to make a point to Kristina, it would've been to a female's prison. No female convict would ever see the inside of a men's prison... that's what I was saying. So the entire "story" was WAAAAAAAY off! However, his supporters wouldn't dare touch that glaring point.

Yes she was in his cell and obviously more than once since Sonny got so threatened he threw money around to get her transfered. She could've helped Johnny escape like Molly did with Rafe and them.

All around stupid plot point for a character they arent even interested in. They could've just wrote her off as deciding to go back to college for a fresh start or spending a few months on the island or something.
