Maybe JFP will revamp the opening

er = aw = yr. You know that's how JFP is going to make it look. Did anybody see the hot photoshopped mess she made of GH's opening before she left? I've seen better fan-made openings on YouTube. It makes Carletini's 5-second GH opening look like True Blood in comparison.

I'd like Y&R to have something like GH's 2010-2012 opening, along with a return of the "porn theme". And scrap the previews to accommodate a longer opening.

Yeah the final GH opening she did was cheap as hell but nothing is worse than GH's current opening. That crap is always laughable especially when the music starts up during scenes. Worst opening I've ever seen on a soap.

The 'porn' theme was the best! Especially after the really bad color shots from the early 90s - started well, but became kind of a mess. Same with current theme, started well, but no updates, some terrible shots (SC staring into space?) I like the live action of some of the actors - ED and HT looked the best. Loved the Newman and Abbott openings. Everyone looked great wearing formal wear. Man, I forgot the "new" format started almost 10 years ago.

Anyway, the good thing about Y&R is that with core families and solid vets, it's pretty easy to retool the stories - that is one of the reasons why it has been so successful for so long. BTW - The clips I've seen of SC - it looks likes she has made the best of a bad situation. I just don't know how they can bring her back to being a character that we care about.

I wish Nina and Lauren actually spoke 1 word to each other during those scenes at the station today. I find any scene with those 2 always rare, but everytime they are in the same scene they don't say a word to each other, Do Tracey Bregman and Tricia Cast not get along in real life?

Sharon is pathetic, but I enjoyed Nikki calling her out on everything.

I actually enjoyed the Phyllis scenes today, I'm glad that people are beginning to see her for the psycho that she has always been.

I also found Nina's response to Lauren's generosity underwhelming.
