Did Jill have beef with Dru or it was out of spite against Mamie?

I'm currently watching May 1993.

Was the Christine/Ageism storyline pretty well received back then.

I'm liking Cole so far and he has good chemistry with Nikki.

I watched in 93 and thought the senior story was so boring! I rewatched it recently and it was still a slog. Maxine is hard to root for.

If I am not mistaken, I think it was because of Jill's treatment of Mamie.

Didn't Dru know about Jed, which is how she became a model for Jabot b/c she was blackmailing Jill too? 

This is why I hate the show has forgotten the Winters' ties with the Abbotts AND Newmans.

I thought it was just me. I know they were going for scrappy elderly lady but she was so damn annoying and hard headed lol. 

I can't remember if it's a long story or not. Didn't they get trapped inside the apartment building or am I remembering wrong ?

It ends around October 1993. The being trapped in an apartment building doesn’t happen but sounds more exciting then what we saw, lol

I think it finishes Sept 93. Don’t remember them getting trapped. The seniors almost get evicted until a surprise character saves the day.

the actress is retired and lives in Oregon. jess is 75 years old.. she's allowed to retire from acting.. she was great in the late 80's and 90's..
