I only suggested Brandi b/c the b*tch does bring drama. Otherwise, I can do without her gutter butt ass. Again, I'd prefer Taylor over her. At least Taylor had boundaries as to how far she'd go with the other ladies.

I thought that final scene was gross. I felt bad for YoLyme's mom and it was obvious this wh*re was doing it to garner some sympathy. In actuality, it made her look sketchier and calculating as f*ck.

This season just feels like a waste b/c I get this inkling feeling that it won't amount to much. Come reunion time, Yolanda will be the center of the drama but won't produce. She'll pull that "I can't think straight" card and leave early when she's called on her sh*t, which will leave us with NOTHING. It's like the OC all over again. Without Brooks ailment, there would've been no show. See this is why I am an advocate for more women on the show. More women (i.e. eight), more drama. Sucky part is that RHOBH has the numbers but the wrong damn cast.

thats if she even shows up to the reunion. I can conveniently see her get too sick to attend, complete with selfies from her deathbed

I hate that Ive even thinking this but when Yo said 2 of her kids have Lyme Disease, I thought that was classic Munchausen by proxy. I wonder if her kids are really sick or if she is inventing this to A) get even more sympathy and/or B.) keep them on a tight leash.  Now she's using her kids to justify all her treatments. There is something not right here and she is very manipulative. I dont trust her. This revelation came out of the blue and its odd bc its not an inherited disease

I think she is using her kids to garner more sympathy and they are using it to jumpstart their careers. I rolled my eyes when she said Bella had to stop her writing career b/c she couldn't think straight anymore. However, she models actively now. I thought Lyme Disease caused you to grow tired and be reduced to the bed. Bella's IG depicts otherwise. She stays busy and booked. Also, last time I checked, modeling does consist of thinking too. You have to know your angles, know how to take direction, etc. That all requires thinking.

I think that Yolanda strong-armed that girl into modeling and Bella did it to appease her mom. It's obvious that Gigi is the favorite and she would put this ailment on her least favorite two. It's sickening.

That too. Frankly, I think both girls are mediocre in the modeling field. Neither of them can walk on a runway to save their lives. Both of them have the same damn faces in their photos--their mouths slightly opening like they are ready to blow someone. Only thing they have are good bone structure in the face. Other than that, they are pretty basic if you ask me. They ain't no Naomi, Linda, or Christy.

I hope RHOBH isn't going to become a hybrid of Season Four and OC's last season. I love the Lisa-Lips-Eileen-Kyle quadrangle but the outside influences of Yolanda's disease du jour (and Kim's offscreen trainwreck known as her life) are growing stale fast.

I can see Lisa V taking Erika under her wing as the next outspoken younger friend. The difference is, Erika is her own strong (and wealthy) person and isn't looking for a handout like Brandi.

RHOA

While I had a few issues with her (selective amnesia about Tammy's pusher), I like Kim. I find that she brings a different perspective that...if we are going to keep the same girls...is much needed. And some of her TH have been funny. So...she brings something as the outsider who isn't trying to fit in. She JUST IS.

RHOBH

Well, we knew this was coming with Yolanda and the breast implants. I guess I did fall asleep (been working a lot this December) so I missed that. I did see Eileen being messy. And perhaps it was an accident. But good to see she still has Lips's back as she corrected and explained perfectly.

This show has always been a slow burn. And today was the first signs of Eileen v Lisa...hinting at her 'not following your script' tagline. And I can see the 'is she/isn't she' drama of Yolanda leading to much more drama for all the others. Branching out I mean.

BH

I'll keep it simple re Yolanda: she is milking everything for sympathy and I think it's a bad decision. That scene at the end with her will was done purely for dramatic effect. And implicating two of her kids as Lyme disease sufferers: maybe they are/were but that's their personal health information and I don't like that she disclosed it on television. LVP has known the kids and Mohammed for years and she had no idea. Why? Because if they do/did have Lyme their father has the sensitivity not to talk about it, even with a close friend.

Erika: I'm still very on the fence with her. I like how she is calm and seems sly and intelligent and hard to rattle. And she was certainly eyeing LVP up and down (Yolanda's obviously given her opinions in advance), but she also doesn't seem dumb enough to take someone else's opinion as gospel. She seems hard, but not bitter. It'll be interesting to see how she develops. That Cartier panther ring was incredible.

Eileen: I hope she was having a glass of the driest-white-wine available when she spilled the beans on Lips talking about Yolanda. She didn't throw Lips under the bus of course, given that it seems she and Lips made the wise decision to forge a blood pact about having each other's back, but she seized her moment to keep her hands on a diamond. I liked the peak into the Y&R set, if anyone watched Lisa Kudrow's The Comeback it's funny how Eileen's dressing room is just like Valerie's was: tucked away in the middle of nowhere.

Kyle: not much from her this episode aside from 'working' in 'her' shop.

Lips: that was one of the funnier waxing sessions in Housewives history. She is always hustling, that Lips is. Her waxer could have been the mother of NY's Sonja's facialist. Very gossipy. Lips was wise to run off to Ontario and catch some family time.

LVP: she's a better person than I am. If a swan bit me I'd break its neck. That shows some level of patience I just don't have. She definitely gave Erika a light grilling as the 'new girl' and she's territorial, but she's been bitten before by the likes of Cedric and Brandi, so it's not a surprise she's a lot more guarded these days.

Here is a wonderful expose about Yolanda's lyme disease and it uncovers all the lies. I'm one who feels she has something, but not what she says and she is playing for sympathy/story as well. I hope the housewives read this and bring their receipts when they go on WHHL and the reunion. This could ruin their reputations, don't let Yolanda bring you down over her fake storyline.

    • I kinda think that's the point, Leslie isn't logical; she is very unhinged. She's probably mad at Eva turning on her in front of the Duprees. They need each other but I do want to see Eva form a family unit away from Leslie.
    • IDA. I felt this was his best episode and the actor sold it for me especially bc Martin has been so stoic and not very expressive with his emotions. The actor's weakness actually became a strength here bc I felt he really came alive and I bought his rage towards Leslie and later and later vulnerability he exposed to Smitty. He's growing and while I had reservations at first, I think they should keep him. He's done well with this reveal
    • The soapy convention that amused me today was the amount of stuff that soap characters get done on their way to work. I drink a glass of iced coffee, take a handful of pills, and I am out the door.  Marlena got on a full beat of makeup, and her Monday blazer.  Then she visited with Johnny at the Salem Inn, EJ at the mansion, and checked in with Cat, all before reading her emails.  It is just remarkable how much people can do when they never have to go to the bathroom! Marlena's vibe with Cat was weird, considering she hired Cat as an assistant.  She seemed a little suss today. Meanwhile, with all of these new interactions, I want a scene between Chad and Marlena when they discuss blazers.  I think Chad's more unconstructed, knit jackets would suit Marlena (no pun intended).

MTV's Floribama Shore Kirk Medias is dead at 33 years old.
    • Of course, sexy silver fox Dr. Jeffrey Russell has to be in cahoots with EJ so that Kayla's morals don't look selfish and skewed when she is completely in the wrong in letting Steve accidentally on purpose look at the important hospital files. Anyone find it funny that a handful of characters slurred their words today?  I can't quite explain it, but sometimes, like today, I feel like Deidre Hall plays scenes too light or passive, for lack of a better word. She's definitely more known as a charismatic personality than powerhouse actress compared to her soap diva counterparts from other soaps, but I just wish she could give me more. I did, however, like that her scenes with EJ got a 'to be continued...' about Belle. Maybe then I'll see more of what I want from her. Have Shawn and Johnny literally ever had a scene together before today? If they start having Sarah in a scene where she connects with literally any other Horton, then I'll be really impressed.  I'm glad they went through the trouble of explaining why EJ bid on Cat. It made enough sense, and I laughed when Chad spit out his asking about it as soon as humanly possible.

Such a liar. Great episode but Martin needs to be recast. He hasn't improved. I didn't feel anything for him because of his acting and the writing. He has been so isolated from Ted and Nicole that he doesn't seem like their son, much less family. Leslie is pure evil. She wants Ted and the house and the riches that go with it. She doesn't care about Eva. I felt really bad for Eva.
    • I dont understand the motivation behind it. Eva is her link to Ted and the Duprees and without her, she has nothing. It would have served better for Eva to be all fed up with her and leave the house on her own and Leslie try to make amends bc she needs her for this comeup she's been talking about. Eva can repair her relationship with Ted and maybe build something with the Duprees and cut her out
    • So good today Dante is overreacting blaming gio Hopefully Danny will come clean
    • Not mad at Leslie Locking Eva out, I think it's important for the audience to see her on her own for a while. Curious how scrappy and savvy she becomes on her own. Yeah, I am with you there. It feels a bit hollow; maybe if she was talking to Martin and Kat I would feel better about it. There must be more to this story. Daphnee and Ambyr owned this episode. Tugging my heart in every scene. Nicole process hurt and anger much differently than Dani though.
