I'm not sure how good Jax would be with Robin or vice versa but I like the idea of them together. It gets Robin away and out of the hospital and Patrick. At this point Jason Thompson no longer interests me. He hasn't in about 2 years so it really doesn't matter to me what they do with him. They haven't killed anyone off in a few years so maybe it's time.

Jax and Carly like the other couples are dull but at least the show throws them a bit of story and angst that's half believable. This Robin/Lisa/Patrick stuff is just stupid and I still don't know why they recast Lisa. This actress IMO is no improvement.

I think it's just Scrubs angst. The story is stalled, but I think that's because first Franco and now Sonny/Dante are front and center. Hopefully, they'll move it along soon.

I agree that Patrick and Lisa need to go...I could deal with Patrick if Lisa left and he split up with Robin...But until then NO. Just no.

And I doubt they will be splitting up patrick/robin but the fact that SR is on contract might make things more promising.

Wow I am shocked. You have to know Robin has been a Sonny worshiper first class for years and has always and always will defend Jason and Sonny to anyone who will listen. Robin's insane logic is tragically totally in character for her. This is the girl who years ago snickered and laughed at Tracy because Tracy was worried about the crooks she hung out with, the same girl who it was only a few months ago Robin was aware Jason was going to kill either Claudia or someone and she and Patrick discussed how it just wasn't her business. This is Mac's niece and Scorpio's daughter. It was only a few weeks ago her boyfriend Jason was running around the hospital threatening patients with guns and rather than call security she had the nerve to tell the patient something moronic like "well, he didn't hurt you". If Guza gets any of the characters right, it's Robin. After all, isn't her big claim to fame as an adult that she decided she would be willing to raise AJ's stolen child as long as it made Jason happy and she could have him?

Well so far lets count...outside Jason of course...that's a given:

Olivia, Carly, Robin, Luke, Sam and now Dante (these are the ones I've seen)

I think it boils down to Guza hating the hospital stuff -- I can't remember any major hospital stories under his tenure, unless they involved hostage crises and toxic balls.

I don't think Guza hates hospital story lines, I think he just loses interest in them after awhile.

I remember right after Pratt left we suddenly started getting a lot of hospital stories with dayplayers as patients, but then after a month or so they started bringing the focus back on the mob stuff. We still get them occasionally but they never last more than two episodes.

I was feeling so bad for Olivia on Monday. Then today I go back to loathing this Bensonhurst sloth...UGH to her acting like she didn't know how Dante got shot...GMAB. And thumbs down to Dante, for saying he shot himself. Oh, really?! A joke!

If I could have one statement that is always said in soaps tooken out for life, it would be "I did it to protect my.." So annoying!! Shahht up, Jax. Oh, and Michael punched Jax hard!! That was a very intense scene, wish he could have got a few more shots in Carly and Morgan barging in on Bonny and Clyde's lovefest toward's the end, was awesome :].

Mark Teschner better get his well-deserved casting Emmy for hiring these kids. Julie Mond is definitely a WTF casting choice, but this has been a good year for him.

As for "He should have been Michael," I'm glad they cast Drew Garrett. He's very hammy and he yells, but I also feel like he's got the "AJ/Bastard Son" thing down to a T. Not sure if this was the original route Guza planned, but since Dante is now "the chosen one," it will be so interesting to see Michael essentially morph into AJ. Drunken hot mess who [!@#$%^&*] up at every corner.
