Yeah I also wondered theoretically if he could have intentionally infected himself to gain pity/sympathy. But wouldn't he see pity/sympathy as a sign of weakness?  I don't know. I shouldn't try to analyze his narcissistic brain -  I have better things to do with my time.

I feel like a lot of people don't grasp the level of delusion that Trump lives in. He didn't intentionally infect himself. He thinks he's invincible. He thinks he has really good genes and the biggest best brain. He simply didn't care about the virus because he wanted his rallies. Even now he must be fairly symptomatic to even admit it on Twitter.

Meanwhile this has me cracking up.

I hope so, too.  But, Joe Biden is in pretty good shape for a man his age.  Which is more than we could say about our current (and now ill) commander-in-chief.

That may be true.  But, you have to admit, the timing is awfully suspicious.

I don't always show it, but I am a Christian, and I believe there's power in the tongue.  So, if Trump IS lying about testing positive, then he better be very, very careful.  Because, he could speak COVID-19 upon himself...or something worse.

I was sitting here trying to think if COVID had been around during W's time as President (and after "heckuva job, Brownie" and the disastrous Iraq invasion I don't necessarily believe he would have done any better). Would I have felt sorry for him? Would I have thought he was lying?

To be honest, I'm not sure, which is sobering, because it makes me realize just how long I have had no trust or empathy with the government that runs my country.

These people - all of them - are absolute monsters. Trump, that self-loathing Ronna person, the whole bunch, went around the country exposing and infecting people, being dishonest and delusional about what they were carrying with them the whole time.

I was reading Carole Callawadr's tweets, warning about the likely boost to Trump after what happened with Boris Johnson, and she mentioned the Asian-Americans who will likely be attacked because of today's news. It made my blood run cold. We are that far gone as a country, with seemingly no going back.

He's done crazy things all along, I still think it's a stunt.  Either way I'd love to see him in jail for tax evasion after this with no access to CVS makeup.

And they could do virtual debates but I hope they don't.  But if they do they can use the mute button to shut him up when his turn is over.

It's not a stunt, lol. Trump is a germaphobe. He hates appearing physically weak. To him the appearance of strength is everything, hence his fake crackpot doctor claiming he is super healthy and fit when he first took office. This runs counter to all of that. He's already symptomatic. And this has sent his WH and the GOP into even more chaos, which is the opposite of what they need a month before Election Day.

Y'all need to get this vision in your heads of Trump the master schemer pulling the strings out of mind - he has never been that. Ever. He's just an idiot. I know it might be more comforting to imagine he's some secret evil genius based on everything we've been through that he has wrought on America, but a supervillain didn't do it. A fool did.

    • Christian Streaty wrote her second freelance script today on Days. Surprised they gave the first funeral episode to a newbie.
    • And the third thing, which I have no cite for, and I may look to see if one is findable, but supposedly she said that the show had too much gay content in it. And, to be fair, that could be someone making a criticism about balance & not be bigotry but when it's added to the other, that's why it bugs people.

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!
