Thanks :)

Looks like ATWT is just stuck at that 2.3 it will be interesting to see if they have hit yet another new low in total viewers this week, like they have the last two. At least Y&R moved back up alittle. Wow, to B&B what is going on with there ratings, Looks like GH is starting to go down again, only a few days saved there 2.7. AMC and OLTL are back to where they were before sweeps if not lower. Just another set of upsetting ratings numbers.

I wonder what is going to happen with Days when John/Drake starts filming again and Marlena is featured more. If Days features John/Marlena and Bo/Hope more heavily, maybe the ratings will increase slightly. And it is interesting that Y&R and AMC have not benefited or gained the viewers that Days has lost. When Days goes off the air, it won't help the other soaps with ratings, it will just hurt the industry as a whole, IMHO. Pretty sad when the fourth place soap rating is 2.4.

These are horrible. I think GL was the only soap to rise from last week.

I was hoping for a slight boost for DAYS since last week had a bit more action and Marlena was on 3 days. This week has been dreadful and I will not be surprised to see new lows for it.

Yeah i wasn't expecting Days to rise last week, just stay steady...and this week shouldn't see a rise either...its been pretty slow...slow and boring don't bring in ratings..there is no necessity to watch right now...Shawn and Belle are still on the run, Sami is still being taunted by EJ about the baby, John is still in a coma, Bo and Hope are still props for Chelsea if they are even on, steve is still nuts and either locked up or escaping, and Willow is still on the show....

No surprise.

I am just happy Days and many of the soaps held steady. I hope that is the case for this week too because pretty much all the soaps have been slow this week for me.

It's funny though. Back during sweeps, everyone was riding highs and Days was crashing and burning and now many of the shows that were on a roll in February have crashed back down to earth and are even lower in some cases then they were before sweeps. That is sad. It's not just about one or two shows anymore. All the soaps are in big trouble. B&B is even below 3.0. This is all very worrisome. I mean, when pretty much all the soaps can't even sustain some of their sweeps increases, at least for a short time after sweeps, that is troubling.

I hope it gets better. We typically see bad ratings in March and April and I am hopeful that as we approach summer we improvement for everyone. Days and even GL, as bad as things looked for them, are one big jump away from jumping back into fourth or third. That is just strange given GL has always been stuck in that ratings rut and Days has fallen so hard.

AMC, OLTL and ATWT are all pretty much together. AMC is leading but ATWT and OLTL were differentiated by one day's numbers. It will be interesting to see if OLTL follows the pattern of the last few years. Feb typically brings their high numbers with the end of May sweeps again seeing Feb like numbers and then the drop. 2.4 was the new low that fired Malone and now that is pretty much the show's standard.
