The rapid speed progression of this storyline with Nikki is insulting. Like, beyond insulting. This is not fun or riveting, nor does it pull you in to care. Melody Thomas Scott is doing the best she can with the material she is being given, but it is not smartly written. And of course Victoria would turn to Victor to pull his strings to get a surgeon to perform the surgery on Nikki. Hero complex for Victor. It will open Niki's eyes, literally and figuratively, and she will love Victor once again.
I do like seeing Billy and Jack together as siblings; both Jason Thompson and Peter Bergman, respectively, really click as onscreen siblings. And I see that Patty is trying to bring back the concept of the Bump-it with her hair. 🤣
Stephanie becoming the new chief of staff really has ramped up the use of the hospital. 🤣 Now she is getting involved with Victor. Wonder if more than a hospital room will be introduced down the line. Would be interesting.
This Diane storyline continues to be crap. Jere Burns must be wondering why he signed up for this. I am sure reuniting with Susan Walters was nice, but... for this to be his introduction to daytime? He must hate the genre because of this.
