11-26 YAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was worth the wait, @Antoyne!!! Whoever made mention of Ric having those restaurant guest as witnesses needs to get a prize!!! This trial is making a great A story. And Ric played Kristina like a fiddle. I hollered. I clapped at my tv. And worth the wait. And the coup de grace...him with the verbatim words of Kristina and the witness reveal. That was perfection and I had to rewind. And how he laid it all out, the logic of it was well-played. Whether he winds up with Ava or Liz, can we keep Ric? Cuz Mr. Hearst sold those scenes flawlessly. Lulu's storyline was a solid B story. And you know what? Add me on to the suspicion of disbelief. It was night and she was in a hoodie so I could see Cody not immediately not recognizing her. And yes, they even have chemistry, too. I wouldn't mind a Cody/Lulu/Dante triangle though I would rather a Sam/Dante/Lulu one. It's not even the first time with Lulu given Milo and Valerie. And the dialogue with her telling half-truths to Cody was so Spencer-coded. AB sold that to the hilt for me, and I do see her as Lulu. And FINALLY!!! One of her actual immediate family members knows that she's gone. I, of course, wanted it to be Laura (at least they mentioned where Laura is right now), but I will take Lucky. And even a little misdirection with the nurse saying Cyrus was the last to see her. I like Lucky and Liz seem to be teaming up for the Sam's death storyline. As long as Liz still has a part of it. But given the above misdirection, it makes me wonder. GO 'HEAD, KS!!! She looked GOOD. Even if I don't care much for Sasha, Deception gals gotta stick together! So I didn't mind those scenes. Since those scenes are Michael-coded, it continues to be a solid C plot, too. Fingers crossed, they keep on with the building momentum.- The Zach Tinker Appreciation Thread

11-25 See? This week is off to a strong start. Darn it...go 'head Iago Michael. Working behind the scenes. I wasn't even sure if I was going to like it, but CD playing fake is exactly what I was expecting Michael to be. Watching those Michael/Drew scenes I couldn't help, but wonder if he would record the conversation. So lol well-played. He wanted his revenge and how he's going about it is making up for the abruptness of the storyline vanishing. LULU!!! I liked her escape. I continue to feel her storyline is coming across so much better for me than Lucky's return did. However, I see what everyone else was mentioning. I don't see Laura at all giving Cyrus that much authority over her daughter even if she forgave him for the bombing of the Floating Rib. Speaking of...where the frak IS Laura?? Yes, I'm side-eying. AB is making a great recast of Lulu for me so far. Suits, suits everywhere and...lol. That said...good start to the trial. I am surprised that Diane isn't going against Ric, but that's okay. This lawyer is doing good. I also noticed that flashback from Kristina's POV...and yet she is STILL going through with this? But Ric getting the coda...hehe...GET HER, RIC!!!- GH: November 2024 Discussion Thread

11-22 Let me just say all the guys were looking good this episode. Okay almost all lol. And DT has been working out I see. Other than the lack of Lulu, I surprisingly found this to be a good episode. It didn't feel like filler for me. More of a checking in on some characters for better or worse. And very light plot moving. You know what? I don't know who has been writing Trina's story, but these scenes were just as good on this episode with her as they did on 11-21. I kinda want a triangle with her, Gio, and Kai now. She and Kai got an episode to bond. And this episode her and Gio were bonding. I, too, goofy dance, Trina. So I was loving all of that. And I kinda hope they will go there since Gio gave her a nickname. And aren't soap relationships started on nicknames? OMG!!! WHERE...IS...MONICA??? Jason is staying in the Q Mansion again!!! Hades has frozen over!!! lol. I continue to enjoy the blended family storyline and loved all of that and the Dante/Jason scenes. As I've mentioned before, I continue to enjoy the storyline of a rift between TJ and Molly. And I was happy to see Stella got to TJ and he showed up at the trial. In a SUIT. Lord...he cleans up oh so well. hehe. Meanwhile, it felt odd to see Molly and Kristina getting along. For now. I take it that Ric is going to rip that to shreds before it is all said and done. Speaking of Ric...Mmmmm you betta get your flirt on, you silver fox you! AKA loving those scenes with him and Ava. I admit that I did not like that there was a lot of momentum over the last week and a half with Drew/Willow/Michael/Sasha for that to be abruptly stopped in a sense. And I do like that at the moment it is kinda working as a C plot, bubbling below the surface here rather than Michael abruptly vanishing right when we SHOULD be seeing some reaction out of him. But here he was slowing clueing people in to Drew's Q nature. Kinda Iago-lite in a way with Curtis here and just friends with Sasha the episode before. CD is starting to have little moments for someone who is zoned out. That said I RME at Sasha being the coda with that verdammt box. Outside of seeing Mac and Felicia and their joy at the news and Robert's letter...which I will believe and eat crow when he shows up for February Sweeps...I still could care less for Sasha at the moment. Another uneven week that did not have to be if they had kept the momentum on Lulu. But I digress...- ALL: Soap Stars - Where are they now?
Lost my chance to get into DEXTER...the things we do for our now-exes hehe...but I will probably make time for SMG. I am looking forward to binging WOLF PACK and I never watched the show it was spun off of.- B&B: November 2024 Discussion Thread

Thanks for clarifying. I thought perhaps I had read it wrong somewhere given how busy my weeks are starting to get again with the holidays. I assume perhaps like Liberty mentioned earlier it is because of his location. Okay, hopefully. lol.- GH: November 2024 Discussion Thread
11-21 AWWW HELL TO THE NO!!!! TEAM JASON!!! See? Now THIS is the side of Alexis that I don't like. But to be fair, at least the writers referenced this side (her dislike of Jason) beforehand. And NLG played it great, but even Alexis knows that no way Jason is going to just roll over and play dead (pun unintended) when it comes to his kids ESPECIALLY if it involves Drew. So I love the tension is finally creeping all the way out between Jason and Drew. Long overdue, but I'm so Team Jason in these excellent Jason/Alexis/Drew scenes. And SB was selling it. I especially love how Will Smith-ish he got about Drew even wording Danny's likes with his mouth. He came across like a dad in that moment perfectly. And then the coda for the episode with him and that sigh. Meanwhile...he looked FOINE in that dress suit. Drew really and truly can go and kick rocks. Yay for the writers finally remembering that Chase and Dante are friends. I know there was the setup for Dex and Dante to get close, but that shouldn't stop them from Chase/Dante. Heck, I don't really see Dex and Dante together outside of work scenes. A loss. DZ, like NLG, continue to sell the aftermath grief. So these are the Joss/Kristina scenes that you all told me about. Okay...they were well done. And it referenced their feud so I guess I'm okay with them coming to a truce. But...woulda coulda shoulda. Speaking of woulda coulda shoulda...I have such mixed feelings for Trina and Kai. I am again saying that I am happy to see Trina have her own storyline (with Joss HER talk-to #shade), but just the beginning of it being so cliche. That said...I didn't mind the scenes in this episode and watching them slowly bond over insomnia. Perhaps foreshadowing that she will tell him about Spencer. And cute that HE (not his tutor) did the research. I'm trying to keep an open mind, but...again mixed feelings. Given the news, I'm wondering where this Michael story is going to go. No lie. For better or for worse, he's always been a part of the canvas and his story is kinda juicy. YW. MMmmm...watching and getting excited.- GH: November 2024 Discussion Thread

And that was a story to look forward to and could have been such an umbrella tale. And I trusted that PM would have found a way to organic (or not) bring some conclusion to Anna/Laura vs Sonny, too. Alas. Something going on over there in PC. Now I'm trying to figure out if Laura with Rocco at the church is the last time we saw Laura.- ARTICLE: Jens Austin Astrup and Alexa Havins Bruening Latest Actors to Join ‘General Hospital’ As Contract Players
