  1. lol. One of his early roles.
  2. I said the same the other day and totally agree. Especially if Jason and Drew stay on the outs on top of Dante's attempts to keep the family together. Taste. But same. There was such a good job of blending that family IMHO that the potential for drama is there.
  3. Oh, I know very well. For every British-to-American adaptation that either does just as good (and rarely better) as the first version of the show, there is a graveyard full of those that do not. The basic plot...a vampire, a werewolf, and a ghost live together as roommates and just try to live their lives. Naturally it's complicated. If I remember correctly, outside of the pilots, both Brit and American shows go off in their own (interesting) directions. 10 years old as of this year. The acting is good, the banter among them is great, and the writing and plot twists have been great. And...hotties. lol. I'm sure you will recognize some of the actors/actresses if you watch any genre shows. It has its funny moments, but I would say it leans drama than comedy, and still runs deep about what it means to be...well...human.
  4. Well, I've always enjoyed BEING HUMAN...one of the few American versions of a British show that is just as good as the original show.
  5. Sorry to hear that. Because between that, Morbius, and House of the Dragon (which I will start eventually), it made me take notice of Matt Smith as a dramatic actor even when I want to shake him for feeling so threatened by his own wife.
  6. And since I know Sean ain't coming back and Sonny is playing Footies with Natalia and Ned is happily married, I'm not sure who I would want her with. Only a man who would be on her level.
  7. Awww. A slow burn for sure, but I didn't mind Season 1. You do remind me that I need to loop back to Season 2. But I am a sucker for history so I do like period pieces.
  8. That crossed my mind, but he seems smitten with Carly. And...if the writers weren't currently trying to downplay the gray area chemistry they had earlier this year...Anna. Great minds!!! I just said that. At the beginning of the year he had the same twinkle in his eyes for Anna that he has now for Carly. I would love for it to come back.
  9. As much as I came to like Chloe for that very reason (a different vibe to the darkness all around her), I do admit as a young'un giggling at Jax dropping her like a hot potato at the first hint of Brenda being alive. Mmm...that is a good question, too. With Gregory done, who would make a good romance for Alexis now?
  10. Fun coincidence. THE ORIGINALS SEASON 4 (last season with the showrunner) SUPERGIRL SEASON 4 (yes, still going and it's coming off better this time. I'm shocked. lol) BEING HUMAN US SEASON 4 (like me and MERLIN, after a decade, finally watching the final season for the first time)
  11. 11-15 Yeah, that was pretty meh. Unless Brooke is the one that that paperwork Carter had be put in charge, I don't see the point of it. In fact, hasn't Brad Bell done different versions of this over the years? It would be silly unless there was some consequences. Sad Carter was thrown under the bus. And LOL!!! Last Friday Luna wrote a letter. And now THIS Friday? Should I expect the same this coming Friday? smh. What is her endgame with this? I guess I will wait for the stalker.
  12. Very. That scene on Friday...MMmmmm. I was here for all of it. So they want Liz with who? lol.
  13. See? I would tune in to see that.
  14. BH For those who watch... ...TONIGHT!!!
  15. I'm just saying. lol. The transition would be seamless. And I'm all for him vs Jason, too. The adversarial chemistry is even better than the tension between Jason and Drew.
  16. 11-15 Ric vs Jason? YES, PLEASE. Dining with Ava. Being called by Drew. I don't suppose that Ric can take Robert's job now that he's out and about, can he? Regardless of Felicia and Anna's talk this episode unless it's roped into Valentin coming back (Ugh), I don't expect to see Robert any time soon. Ooooo...they remembered it should be Isaiah/Jordan and not Isaiah/Molly. Hehe. I am not at all liking Drew (though sidenote CM suuuuure has been wearing those pants the last few days cuz that bubble...Mmm), but Drew ain't wrong in telling Carly off. I still laugh at how fast he dropped her when he found out Jason was back in town. And he's right. I also enjoyed Carly telling Jason off. Lucky ain't s@#$. Which is not what I had in mind when I found out he was coming back. And that is nothing against JJ at all, either. Actingwise, he has been on point. But after Liz reading him, I really don't want him anywhere near her if he is going to keep whining like this. Another uneven week. Good week, but it just felt like there are these good pieces, but they just don't fit to form a puzzle. Same. But the potential is there. Just coming off of last week, I see it, but...gotta keep them 'factory settings' going.
  17. So you know he's bad news when she dares talk to Nastasha. But alas...
  18. Kinda how I feel about Dr. O when she was around. When she first appeared as Faison's henchwoman, I loved her. And her diva hat turn when it was revealed she was Britt's mother was fierce. But outside of the Cabaret number at the Nurse Ball and the menacing Is that All There Is?...they took her bite away quick. Still loved her, but...
  19. Yes, I remember, the hints and looking forward to seeing who would be a Cassadine that even Helena was scared of. This was not what I had in mind. Too watered down.
