Ah, Blando's (love that nickname) actor liked it too? lol. Of course.

I wondered about Coloma too. He doesn't necessarily seem problematic like Ingo does but still. I think Coloma is a Scientologist too, but that's from social media and I haven't really looked into it. I like him as Nikolas but he hasn't completely turned me off like some actors have (yet). Some actors keep their politics and views quiet and just do their job.

I like Marcus so as long as he keeps his mouth shut, I don't really care.

Ingo is an asshat though and can't stay quiet. He's so annoying.

ive seen them kiss and Marcus unliked it. Look if he's vaxxed he should keep his job but stop liking other peoples stupid stuff. Yes he may be cool to you on set Marcus but he said stupid stuff & by liking that it could make fans think you feel we are biggots and morons too. Think before liking & re-tweeting

I am going to cling to the hope that some of the "liking" activity is more Laura-Wright-style "I love my coworkers" stuff without necessarily endorsing the underlying message.

There are people like that - I find them short-sighted and they are enablers but some people genuinely want to be "tolerant" and "supportive" in a genuine if misguided manner.

I am not going to lie: the amount of people in every walk of life - soap, other entertainment fields I am a fan of, show business, my work, my life - that I have been discovering are absolutely selfish trash every day through this covid nightmare is getting to be so dispiriting.
At this stage I would settle for them keeping their mouth shut and being trash in silence - even if that makes me an hypocrite and technically I probably should want to know.

Is the rule on set that only vaccinated actors can kiss? It would make sense, and I was just thinking that Cam and Joss have been kissing constantly and how much that has changed from the fake-out kissing we were gettjng pre-vaccines.

Ingo is an idiot and doesn’t care about the fact that people are being turned away from hospitals and treatments because beds are filled with COVID patients. And it’s a shame because I still like Jax.

Not much going on today.

Chase's goodness and nobility is a little nauseating, though I do love JS in the role. He's always been great. I do hope angry Chase will show up again in the future.

Short-lived break. We’re baaaack.

It’s funny: there are moments with Wes where I’m thinking, “Oh just hold that face and don’t do any weird accents or affected line readings… you might actually be good here…” And he predictably ruins it.

Sonny/“Mike” gets to play hero without his mobster baggage.

I remember enjoying WR on guiding light and just to make sure I wasn’t crazy, I went back and watched some of his scenes with Crystal Chapell. He was great! Very natural and didn’t speak in a stilted unnatural attempt at high theater. I don’t know what’s happened to him over the years, but it’s not good.

I got some blowback when I defended him against the "bad actor" monicker a while back but I stand by my idea that if a director actually took the time to direct him and sat him down about those actings choices, he could actually pull it off.
There is something in his brain that tells him that playing a menacing villain has to come with this affected speak and body language (maybe overcompensation from feeling miscast?) but there was only one Charles Keating.
I was so hoping this break would somehow short-circuit his worst habits. But between him, WL, RH it is clear directors are focusing on blocking and not much else in terms of performances.

    • On that same note, it's astounding to have mobster Sonny in the same office with Mayor Laura chatting it up about their mutual grandson. Think about the reaction if John Gotti and Mayor Eric Adams had a friendship

?? I guess the Logic behind Sonny & Jason acceptance is like when i saw a documentary where FBI agents said they'd rather deal with the mafia than terrorists or cartels---they're the "lesser of 3 evils". Anyway I'm about 30 years late on this convo.
    • Im confused. Does Jessica know anything about June's relation to Tyrell? At the start of the episode, it seemed like June was gonna slip that he was her son but she caught herself but later in the episode she referred to him as "my boy" and Jessica had no reaction like that wasnt a surprise to her No, Anita was putting money in the account every 6 months but we werent told how much was in it when Leslie became a beneficiary. The show has set it up that it was multiplying based off the interest so that its really worth quite alot now. I dont buy it but thats what they've told us
    • What was the point in Lori's return as Mrs. Max Hollister? That little story never made much sense to me.  Were there plans for a permanent return? Or even a new family with her as the matriarch?
    • I guess it depends on your device.  I can watch CW shows via their website on my Windows PC.
    • Ooooo A Liam episode? I'll watch it later today. They sure are churning the daily episodes out early.

    • Welcome back, Shawn Douglas! It's been a while. It really is too bad that the writers don't really have an interest in the character because there are still a lot of ways that he can be used effectively on the canvas. He should have been a part of the 60th anniversary celebrations as well. If anything, just to represent Bo and Hope. And I'd much rather see Jada paired with him than possibly with Theo. But I enjoyed him getting caught up with Belle, and comforting her. I'm sure they'll find their way back to each other at some point but I do like them as divorced friends. I just hope we see it play out onscreen. Belle being a dick about Sami again was unnecessary though. And we finally saw Liam again!  I'm curious to see how this storyline is going to play out, and who's going to be weaved into it. He and Abe do work well together too. And we learned that he has a kid. Hopefully, we'll learn more about his character in the future. But I'm not really sure about Johnny and Chanel suddenly having problems with raising Trey. They've wanted a baby for so long, so I don't understand why this is even an issue. They should know by now what it's like to raise a baby. But I did enjoy Johnny's scenes with EJ, and that Johnny still hasn't refused to forgive him. This storyline was/is very clunky, but having the two of them be at odds is the right decision. There's so much story potential that can be drawn from that. As for Chad... there was no time for us to see his reunion with Will, but there's time for us to see him talking BS with Leo? I don't get it. And I don't get all this random dating app stuff either. Leo and Javi were boring af too. If we're forced to endure them, can they at least have some real conflict? The two of them losing the baby was the perfect opportunity for it.
