that's what I'm saying. I think he was fired because he's an outspoken MAGA/Trumpster/anti-masker dumbo, and it's just bad oprics at this point and he wasn't needed anyway.

JY can handle the role, yes but in most of his recent interviews comes off cocky. i say if MO is staying & Justin Gaston is open to it, cast him as Chance

 

JY gave an interview last year that would do Lucky on GH again only if it was recurring and he could decide when to work or not. Lucky is not a talk to fly in fly out role. JY needs to get over himself. Hopefully FV would never bring him back.

Agreed would love for Y&R to sign Justin Gaston,  he was great as Chance!  Yeah, Lucky wouldn't work recurring agreed.   Jacob Young would make an awesome Eric Brady re-cast, and Eric possibly could work recurring especially given DAYS uses their recurring cast almost like contract.  On second thought,   GH does the same, so he might work recurringly as Lucky on GH, since GH has such a large cast.

Exactly!   IF they don't want to recast Eric, then they should have written Nicole and Holly off with Eric in a happily ever after story, and NEVER brought back Rafe, although he is improved now, doing better lately as a cop then he ever did LOL, but don't want Rafe & Nicole. 

As I posted days ago, y'all let me know who Y&R casts as Chance in about six or seven weeks.

It was obvious that Y&R was dumping the actor, not the character. They must've seen the reaction to Gaston and knew that they wouldn't be renewing Boaz's contract, because they could do better without all the problematic behavior.

I agree about Abby being pointless, same with Nick and Boretoria too

I they don't recast, I don't think they should continue with the surrogacy storyline.

Actors don't really even matter much on this show anymore. Half of the scenes now are people just standing around describing something that happened off-screen.

The show can have a long-running gag that Jill always invites Nina to stay at the Chancellor mansion when ever she's in town. Then they start bickering over some minor quibble, (or a larger issue-could be Chance, e.g.) leading Jill to complain that she doesn't know why she keeps inviting Nina back, leading Nina to chide Jill about them being family. Jill rolls her eyes, knowing, deep down, that Nina is right.

She could even look up at Katherine's portrait/picture, convinced that the old dame is laughing at her, and gives some response like "she is not like me, and I am not like you!"
