Now that CBS is going to air actual classic episodes it's time for a thread.

I guess May 4 is not a Stephanie Forrester week, but a best weddings week:

Then, as THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL comes down the aisle, storylines will include:

On Monday, May 4, Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) desperately attempts to escape from Prince Omar (Kabir Bedi) to let Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) know that she’s alive, while Ridge and Brooke (Lang) have their epic first wedding in front of friends… and foes on the beautiful beach in Point Dume, Calif. The episode originally aired Sept. 30, 1994.

On Tuesday, May 5, Steffy (Wood) and Liam (Clifton) are wed in front of the iconic Opera House on the glorious Sydney, Australia harbor. While the ceremony progresses in front of family and friends, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) eases his sorrows over his brother’s marriage to his ex-wife with several drinks. The episode originally aired March 22, 2017.

On Wednesday, May 6, Katie (Tom), the only woman to have ever stolen Dollar Bill's (Diamont) heart, walks down the aisle to become Mrs. William Spencer, Jr., with her sisters at her side, at the San Fernando Valley home where she was raised. Legendary CBS star Patrick Duffy (“Dallas”) guest stars as Katie’s father, Stephen Logan. The episode originally aired Nov. 13, 2009.

On Thursday, May 7, Eric Forrester (McCook) and Brooke Logan (Lang) say “I Do” as Eric’s ex-wife, Stephanie (Susan Flannery), and Brooke’s true love, Ridge (Kaye), watch without objection. Eric then takes Brooke on a romantic and surprise honeymoon in a magnificent hot-air balloon in Palm Springs, Calif. The episode originally aired Jan. 8, 1991.

Wrapping up on Friday, May 8: Having overcome astounding obstacles, Hope (Kim Matula, in a role currently played by Annika Noelle) and Liam (Scott Clifton) joyously say “I Do” in front of family, friends, and the many residents of the beautiful city of Puglia, Italy. Frustrated and brokenhearted, Steffy (Wood) updates Eric (McCook) and Stephanie (Flannery) on the dramatic events transpiring in Puglia. The episode originally aired June 26, 2012.

While hardly a great actor, CN was by far the most handsome Thorne in my opinion.

Agreed

Indeed. He was stunning. If peak ‘90s Ingo Rademacher had played Thorne, it might be more competitive.

I remember way back then thinking CN was much more handsome than Ronn Moss. CN was downright dreamy. Even though he wasn't the best actor, I hated it when he was replaced.

He's the B&B producer right?

Something about him, the way he looks , makes me think he's the definite "Yes Man" to Brad Bell.

I agree with all of you. CN was really good looking. Mentioning his acting seems ridiculous to me, because Ronn Moss was SO much worse. I was LOL at how bad Moss was in this episode. Just tragically bad acting.

The Katie scene with Brooke was also hilarious (and no, I’m not making light of attempted rape). Brooke’s story about the assault was a mess, and didn’t align in any way with how her dress was ripped.

Was she in that van or what? With two guys on top of her and all over her, how did she see all these “people across the street”? What a disaster that dialogue is.

I ignored RM's bad acting for the first three years of B&B, but as the 1990s went on his acting got progressively worse.

I wonder what the point of the attack was. I'm not sure it was ever really addressed. There was a theme of woman being victimized and manipulated in that first episode...Brooke, Ridge proposing to Caroline just to have sex with her. Caroline was absolutely luminous though!

I read someone write that Ron Moss is equivalent to Drake Hogestyn on DAYS, haven't been able to not see that since, lol.

SB: Soaps have been pre-empted like crazy this year! Especially the classics.

The comparison I’ve seen here between Ronn Moss and Drake is that, while they’re both terrible actors, they somehow were always great leading men and had wonderful chemistry with nearly all of their female pairings. I actually think Drake is passable-to-decent now. Ronn never got better.

I think both actors have deep, monotone voices with limited inflection that it almost makes them seem worse. I don't think Ron Moss is a good actor however. They both also do that thing with their eye when they shout or have to express extreme emotion. It's like you can't hear it in my voice, but you'll see it on my eye.

Neither one of them is a good actor, although Moss is so much worse than Drake.

Once in a while, Drake comes through with a decent or even good performance, but more often than not, he’s campy and awful.

Ugh. Brian Gaskill. That’s a nope.

OK, Sally and Stephanie getting blitzed together. I’ll suffer through BG.
