So sad to hear. She was a living legend and will always go down in history as one of the greatest.

I hope that some day there's a way to revisit the entertainment that is her legacy -- at least, as much of that entertainment as still exists.

Sad news.  She was an amazing woman by all accounts, and her impact on this genre cannot be ignored.  She got real health issues for women introduced on Guiding Light.  She wrote the truly groundbreaking story of Carla Gray on OLTL.  AMC is full of her trailblazing work.  I hope her history is not forgotten.

A memoir, oh my. Now that is something to look forward to, I hope we get to read it soon. Read it and mourn a life well lived full of stories.
