I thought he went through a run of, er, not being so employable, but I always liked him and I'll be genuinely happy if that's true, though I doubt it - OLTL wasted him IMO. Much like when B&B brought back Jacob Young instead of just picking a random newbie. I do detect some shade with him having to audition though. WTF? He won an Emmy as Billy and not only that, but he's continued to work. I feel the same about Another World having Ellen Wheeler audition TWICE (one time she lost!!) to come back as Marley/Vicky, a role she won an Emmy for.
