May 22, 201312 yr Member I really liked the episode! Loved all the Billy Clyde moments and JR and Cara the most. Matthew Cowles is on contract, wee! Not that it means anything necessarily. The scenes with Bianca are really gonna begin to stick out, especially since Denyse's touched up hair looks a million times better than it did during the first round of filming. But I appreciate them trying to spread Bianca's appearances out as much as possible. I wonder what will take her out of town sooner rather than later.
May 22, 201312 yr Member I liked her with Charles, he was kind of hot.. and they had a good chemistry. I think that if the show hadn't been morphed into The City.. they probably would have had a more drawn out triangle between Charles/Jacob/Angie. I kind of think the reason Jacob/Angie broke up in the long run was because she realized she was using him as an exact replacement for Jesse.. hence why she came back to Pine Valley divorced. Was Jacob anything like Jesse? I can't recall clearly. I watched the episode yesterday. While I think JLP is still green, I did like the music montage as she tried on clothes. Soaps did this all the time, and it's another soap trope I welcome back! It also makes sense Celia would have strange fashion sense, she's been sheltered. I know Pete/Celia are being compared to Cliff/Nina (which I can see), but I don't remember Jenny being so sheltered. She was sweet, but kind of fiesty/strong willed at the same time. I like Cassandra doing something other then being scared... she certainly is her mother's daughter. . I forgot Jesse/Angie had dealings with Billy Clyde. Did Brooke/Adam/Opal have dealings with him as well? I certainly know Dixie did LOL I certainly would not ever want to get on Angie's bad side LOL JR/Cara= interesting.. intrigued to see how this develops. I like that the show is moving Evelyn slowly out of Bramwell Hall.. and she has had some great scenes with Opal. Both are mother hens defending their young. I'm interested to see if Evelyn is long-term, or just short term for the guardian story. Celia had an interesting dream, I think she might be interesting as a character in time. Though JLP needs to step up the acting a bit... though she seems to do better opposite Evelyn then Pete.. acting wise. AJ/Miranda: no comment. LOL Jacob was nothing like Jesse. Jacob Foster is a composer/musician and eccentric a little. He is quieter than Jesse. Jacob does not have that "edge" that Jesse has. Angie never had to worry about Jacob because he worked from home and was not in law enforcement like Jesse. Both Jacob and Jesse are charmers, smooth talkers to Angie. Jacob has his dreadlocks/long braids, Jesse is low haircut. Both are perfect in bed according to Angie. Now watch on YouTube the HOT shower scene with Darnell and Debbi and the following bed scene/the video of the aftermath of their love making, well both of those video's are just HOT, HOT, HOT and showing some skin too. The camera did not show their private parts but well, came real close.
May 22, 201312 yr Member I'm so loving the disgusted, "bitch please" looks Angie is darting at Billy Clyde Man he is one weird mofo I loved that looked too. She looked at him like he was a piece of sh*t on the bottom of her shoe. Perfecta!
May 22, 201312 yr Member Jacob Foster is a composer/musician and eccentric a little. He is quieter than Jesse. Frankly, on most days, Ralph Furley is quieter than Jesse.
May 22, 201312 yr Member Frankly, on most days, Ralph Furley is quieter than Jesse. I did a literal spit take reading that. Truly. I love Darnell but yeah he would do well to take a valium before taping some days. It's annoying for me sometimes because I know he can do better. We've seen him do better. I get the impression that he ramps up the mania when he doesn't feel adequately prepared. When you give him a chance to get into the right space he can do amazing work as he did with Jesse's monologue over Ellie's grave. I consider that scene some of the best work of his career. Plus I saw him on an old episode of SVU where he was a completely different type of character (depressed, alcoholic ex-con) and I thought he was amazing. I saw absolutely no trace of Jesse Hubbard. May 22, 201312 yr Member I know Cassie flew in from Paris but why on earth would Vlad think she was French given she has NO accent lol
May 22, 201312 yr Member I know Cassie flew in from Paris but why on earth would Vlad think she was French given she has NO accent lol He said she had a French passport and that's why he thought she was French. That line got a little lost when Yuri was yelling at him.

May 22, 201312 yr Member I know Cassie flew in from Paris but why on earth would Vlad think she was French given she has NO accent lol He was focused on the fact that she had a French passport. He didn't really take the time to get to know her before he snatched her. He didnt know about her connections here. For all he knows, she was on vacation. By the time he took her, it was too late Edited May 22, 201312 yr by Cheap21
May 22, 201312 yr Member I get the impression that he ramps up the mania when he doesn't feel adequately prepared. That's the curse, I think, of working under such a rushed production schedule. Actors need time to get into the perfect head space. When they don't have that time, or when they have to get to that place faster than they are comfortable with, they tend to rely on bad habits. He was focused on the fact that she had a French passport. He didn't really take the time to get to know her before he snatched her. He didnt know about her connections here. For all he knows, she was on vacation. By the time he took her, it was too late Right, but didn't Vlad and Cassandra converse a little at the door before he led her away? That's the way it looked to me on the iPad. If so, then wouldn't he have known then she wasn't French? Unless Cassandra was bein' all Diana Ross circa 1984 in that moment. That might have thrown him. What would be even HOTTER...is if Angie would get a chance to tap David's vanilla buhdonk-a-donk.
May 22, 201312 yr Member Right, but didn't Vlad and Cassandra converse a little at the door before he led her away? That's the way it looked to me on the iPad. If so, then wouldn't he have known then she wasn't French? he already had it in his mind that he was going to take her. Even if he did a little conversing with her, its definetly plausible that he didn't get a lot of details out of her and definetly not that her stepfather was the chief of police. She doesn't have a French accent. Doesn't mean she isn't French.
May 22, 201312 yr Member All My Children Wednesday means a brand new AMC! LIKE if you think Cara is falling for JR! COMMENT if you think she's actually just keeping an eye on him.
May 22, 201312 yr Member The thing is they have rehearsal time now, at least some, and I think Darnell is a lot more restrained - er, sometimes - than he was on ABC near the end. I love him, but he's a huge drama queen. I do think when he calms down he does better work and I am enjoying him for the best part, 'business' and all, but there are also days when he seems just a hair's breadth from full-on gospel play.
