Georgie is dead for goodness sakes. And while having all these people back is nice, to me her parents are the only ones who are critical along with Stone. Hell Bobbie was not around when her brother had his intervention or when her granddaughter was born I dont expect to see her for Robin. But if they could get all these people for a funeral it would be nice. BUt seeing how lazy they were with Alan's death I don't expect much

Based on spoilers and quips about this being a "dark story", it isn't a far reach. Robin has a cut on her arm and spoilers have her getting lab results, etc. Not to mention the sweet - but oddly foreshadowing - birthday video Scrubs made for Emma...yeah, Robin is dying. And it f*****g sucks. There is absolutely NO REASON why she can't leave alive. Except Wolf is as warped as Guza. God forbid ANYONE on GH get a happy ending.

I forgot. This is GH. No couple can be happy except Jason and his blow up doll, Sam. So many couples have been torn apart over the years, and I think Robin/Patrick is next.

I'd understand Robin leaving town getting a promotion or hell, making her Lisa's killer and ship her off to a mental facility and/or jail for some time. Do NOT kill her off!!!!

I've only really watched GH on YouTube more than anything else (anything I know about the show is mostly from the GH book and various articles/history pages), but I've seen older/newer clips of Robin, so I've seen just how important she is. sad.png

What's really weird is that, if she does in fact die, it'll be literally 20 years after her parents were presumed dead in that boat explosion in 1992. Not sure if those at GH now would realize that, but it's truly ironic if she does end up dying.

Speaking of which, I've seen the clips of R&A's memorial service on YT and they're phenomenal. THAT'S the kind of funeral Robin deserves.

Well if Robin does die, it doesn't look like her father Robert will be there. TR had this to say on his messageboard:

I have not been approached in any capacity regarding this. However, it seems highly unlikely that I would be approached to appear in any story of this nature. Personally this would look to me as "another GH stunt".

Well, stunt or not, if GH does kill off Robin and then not bother to bring back Robert and Anna for her funeral, then they might as well turn off the lights at the Prospect Studios and send everyone home for good. Because no way will fans forgive them for that.

I suspect we would have had a few withdrawals next year if Israel had won. I don't think many people would relish going to Jerusalem as things stand now. Not to mention it would have been a prime target for terrorist attacks.
    • And they've given us plenty. Sets, outdoor scenes, music licensing, etc. And that was the point of me using DAYS... so. It's obvious the casino set is not intended for long-term use, hence why it's likely it wasn't as evolved as the other community sets, etc.

    • I just had thought of how to save the Perkins family. (Inspired by Rituals) -- What if Marisa Perkins was Augusta Lockridge's sister? Fictionally, they could've both been local girls, one married rich and one married poor. Originally, I was going to suggest that Marisa be Sophia's sister, but then I realized Joe and Kelly would've been first cousins.  Of course, it would've truly inspired Sophia was if Rosa Andrade sister, with Rosa and Santana moving in to help CC raise the kids once Sophia disappeared.  While this could've avoided both gross CC and Santana affairs, the times were not right for a story about intersectional inequity.
    • https://www.instagram.com/p/DJxW5DLJLId/ Another World is my forever favorite soap opera. But it's finale is almost universally hated by its fans. What this is, is an edit where I've deleted everything I didn't like!!!
    • The Perkins family had potential to be a nice alternative to the more dysfunctional Capwells and wackier Lockridges... but I think a few factors did in the family. 1) Recasting of Joe Perkins 2) Bad casting of the Perkins Patriarch, and the one note writing for that character. 3) Lack of antagonistic interaction between the Capwells/Lockridges and Perkins.  (There was no awkwardness between Jade/Ted.. or CC disapproving of his son being friends with that Perkins girl, etc). 4) Wasting of Jade thus wasting the potential of the actress (which was realized on Days of Our Lives).  She had more potential than Laken oddly enough. The only member of the Perkins family that had appeal and a somewhat thought out story arc was Amy.
    • @GymnastGuyThanks for posting the three new Capitol 1985 episodes today. The two labeled March 12, and 13 are misidentified. The March 12 labeled one actually aired November 12 1985 which I figured out because Kenny Rogers' movie Wild Horses aired November 12th and it was announced over the "March 12" Cap credits. In addition, Craig Carlson is listed in the April credits but not the March. Craig left Capitol sometime after July 1985 before he rejoined OLTL in the credits by October 15, 1985; he was replaced on Cap by Radcliffe and Hamner. In these posted episodes Radcliffe/Hamner names appear in the March 85 episodes but not in the April.
