Yes, the last good one they did was with Diane and Victor. And I seem to recall Victor and Nikki's, under Hack Bitch from Hell LML, took forever and then, suddenly, was resolved within two episodes.

BTW, random thought, but I've been wondering if ABC will be tempted to move REVENGE to Sundays once HOUSEWIVES is over. It seems like a good spot for soaps but I don't know if they want to move a show that actually found its audience and not have something for Wednesday night, which they have been struggling with.

Besides which, it's on a night where it works well as counter programming. It's true that ABC on Sundays has far more soapy shows than the other stations as well, but I think the competition is stronger for some similar viewers (and depending if Smash can live up to its excellent pilot--and that'll be very hard I admit--they might have more...) And as YRBB said, ABC has had a tough time with Wednesday dramas--I think it would be foolish to move Revenge, especially after just one season.

They should keep Revenge where it is at. Grey's use to be on Sunday nights back in the day but did fine on its own when they moved it Thursdays. I don't see why ABC's Wednesday night line-up wouldn't work, I mean for a good twenty years(1984-2004) NBC's Thursday night line-up of comedies and then a heavy drama worked quite well.

I absolutely love the high stakes drama of the show. I've gone back and re-watched every episode now as the plot reaches its mid-season climax(going back to the shooting in the pilot). I loved how the divorce lawyer Victoria hired was also in Emily/Amanda's plot.

Victoria's lie that David raped her was epic. It provided a great reason for Emily to return to her revenge and might be useful for the divorce fight.

Oh, Daniel... the guy's hot but he's not a great actor. Bless him.

The proposal scene was very iconic; I loved it.

And Conrad calling Victoria a "pathetic, washed up bitch" (or something like that) was hilarious.

I like the show but it seems like they kind of rush resolve some of the aspects of the show without any long-term fall out (i.e. the harvard hustler, fake Amanda leaving, and Lydia being spirited off). While I like the revenge aspect, I certainly think that the other plotlines need to be fleshed out so that the concept of the show is carried out long-term...

      Just caught up and these episodes were absolutely amazing! Ambyr Michelle was soooooooooo good, and I felt so bad for Eva, I actually teared up. I love that Andre was nice to her, that was my favorite Andre moment of the series thus far.

      All true, and all an enormous problem on this show. -- The business stories are maddening because none of it makes any sense, none of it has any connection to the real world. As you said, sitting around and discussing mergers, takeovers, and job switching is not a storyline. -- The deck chairs are constantly rearranged on the Titanic -- that's what this show is. Summer, Chelsea, Sally, and Chloe have been in design for how long? And we've never seen ANYTHING from them. Carrying around an iPad isn't enough. BOLD is terrible, but at least they show us dresses from Kohls and jewelry from Amazon. -- I know it's baked into the DNA of the show, but I will never enjoy seeing Jabot and Newman treat each other as if no other companies exist in the entire world. A new magical line of cosmetics is not going to bring down a company like Jabot. -- This is a writing problem, not a budget problem. An enormous amount of cash is not needed to write compelling business stories and show real products. This is writer LAZINESS.

      Right? GOD FORBID Vanessa be allowed to cut her own mother-in-law down to size, when REVA REVA REVA needs a rival to sharpen her claws on. RME I mean, they could have, but Long and Curlee (like most HW) seemed to forget about characters once they left town. If they mentioned Trish five times in the ten years she was gone, I'd be surprised.  Yeah, Alex didn't really do friendship, other than Lillian. And most of the time, Henry.  And somehow, by the time she leaves, Sonni is some friend of Mo's? Mo is just everyone's default "friend". SMH.

      I really have no problem with Kai as a character or with the actor. The problem is putting together two very nice people -- Kai and Trina. Neither of them has a bad side, neither of them has a devil on the shoulder, neither of them is impulsive. I think that's a problem in a soap relationship. Yeah, I agree. All this freaking out might make sense if Lulu wanted to do a tabloid expose on BLQ's LOVE CHILD. We have no indication that's the case.

      So Sonni would have somebody to talk to who she wasn't conspiring with (Will or Alan)? Alex kept telling Sonni how important her friends were...when she had virtually no friends. Instead they created loyal servants like Jane and Vera to give Alex people to play off of. They did that with Iris on AW, but Vivien was mostly there for comic relief Alex keeping Marah's paternity a secret was absurd. But I still love the scene between Alex and Alan where he convinces her by reminding her how they protected each other from their abusive father. Chris and Bev ATE that scene. Unfortunately, that took place only a few months before he exited the show...always thought they could have built on that, explored more how being Brandon's children screwed them both up. Maybe even used it as an explanation for the way their relationship could constantly swing from hatred to love. Instead of it being merely dictated by the plot.

      The first one is Cass Winthrop dressed as Krystle Lake on Another World (not from his original creation of the character to hide from the loan shark Tony the Tuna, but at a romance convention trying to find out what had happened to Felicia who was missing). The second one is also Another World, Jake McKinnon as Doris although I don't recall what his purpose was.

      I know there was one brief scene in the summer of 1989 where Lillian did mention Calla.. but in relation to her past relationship to Ross and it was to Roger while he was a patient at Cedars.  I think he was trying to pump her for information on Ross.. and for some reason, Calla's name came up.   I could see perhaps Beth mentioning that her mother Lillian was visiting Calla.. but not exactly giving any sort of details as to the going ons in Calla's life off screen.
