IMO, nobody got served or whatever in the first scene of the second part of the reunion. Kenya probably "won" the segment by default of being the least immature of the group (outside of Cynthia). Nene, Phadra and Kandi came off looking like stupid shrews for their pushing-it defense of Porsha. Nene's fake sleeping came off as immature as the use of say ... props. She's lucky some stupid -itch didn't snap and drag her by her weave "for her antics."

Cynthia "blows with the wind"? Cynthia would be easier served serving Nene like Nene wants. Everybody except Peter is Team Nene, and the majority of the fans are anti-Kenya.

RH of Melbourne!

What a satisfying conclusion. Just like RHOV Season 1, this show had 10 episodes of perfection that had a beginning, middle and end to a delicious arc where all scores are settled.

Janet was held to account and exposed as a big gossip who, to her credit, copped to all of it and got over slagging off Gina. Janet may have been the oldest cast member, but she is certainly young at heart, in both positive and negative ways.

Chyka continues to be the gold standard in straight shooting, kind, fresh and fun. I like that she said to Janet that she needed to watch her gossipy ways. Chyka is very fair and that was welcome.

Jackie, hilarious as always with her kooky ways. She got very lucky finding her husband, they are a very natural fit, and she seems appreciative of it all.

Lydia continues to think she is more important, smarter and hotter than she is. And she's also quite the bitch as she imitated the other ladies posing at Andrea's book shoot. She should well know that the 'skinny arm' pose isn't Chyka's trademark...with her thick arms it should be Lydia's standard. Thick arms, thick waist, thick head.

Andrea...what a humourless bitch.

Gina concludes on top, fabulous and unapologetic. What a winner.

What a great season, the reunion should be spicy.

With a total of 10 episodes, the first season of Melbourne ended and it was amazing. I really wish some of the US series would go back to shorter seasons bc more drama filled episodes in this condensed format works better than tons of filler added in to stretch it out to almost 20.

Can I reiterate that Lydia is a brainless twit and I cant stand her? I thought it was low of her and Andrea to be talking about how they were refusing to go to Gina's event bc they don't like her. Forget about Gina, it was about a good cause. Lydia looked especially awful when she was mocking Gina's cancer story and saying she didn't want to hear it in her talking heads

I liked that Janet and Gina patched things up. Sometimes you say things in the head of the moment that you don't mean so I like that Gina called her up to explain herself and confirm that she was still her friend and wanted her at the event. Glad Janet went but ugh to Frik and Frak being bitches trying to make her feel awful for supporting Gina. Those two are miserable!

I really love Chyka's energy and love her scene with Gina. She reminds me a bit of Deshawn Snow from season 1 of ATL. I hope the producers don't view her as too boring and drop her next year

Jackie's mom is fabulous. Its too bad she only showed up in the finale

The Gina vs Andrea confrontation was awesome. Clearly Andrea had already made up her mind and came looking to prove she was Queen B and she failed miserably. She was so lame, she had a Gina list which was her script of what she had to say to her. When Gina wouldn't follow along, she didn't know what to say and stuck to her "script" and looked stupid as hell in the process. Gina apologized to her yet that still wanst enough. She is so outraged that Gina called her a c-nt yet she acknowledges that Jackie called Gina that as well, yet thinks that's perfectly fine.

My queen slayed her

Im glad Janet got called out on all the sh-t stirrer she's done. Gina was right in that she is weak and the only way for her to survive in this group of woman was to join the aggressors so she wouldn't be picked on. Im glad she started to own this a bit at the end and even in her talking head she says she loves to gossip.

Overall good season and finale. I hope this gets a reunion and if so, the two bitches need to be roasted

ETA: DyatimeFan, I see you posted while I was gathering my thoughts and making my gifs. ITA on all accounts as you can see by my commentary..lol

Gina is so far from common. I think her career as a lawyer is what makes her so unbeatable in the confrontations. it was almost comical how these wives would lie on her and she'd perfect remember what REALLY happened, with flashbacks to prove it! They based an entire season of gossip that was misconstrued when passed down. It was an epic season. If Gina were on Beverly Hills those Richard's sisters and Brandi would want to kill her.

She makes Phaedra look like an absolute joke. You are right in how comical it is how these women keep coming for her, yet Gina keeps shutting them down and making them feel stupid in the process. The way she owned Andrea this week was embarrassing for Andrea.

IA, I really need for her to visit BH and read a few hos. They would not know how to handle her

I'm writing a series of essays about the first time of a LGBT character in US soaps. I already have datas about Sharon Duvall in DAYS (1977) as first Bisex, Lynn Carson in AMC (1983) as first Lesbian, Hank Elliott on ATWT (1989) as first Gay (someone have or can find the episode in which Paul Ryan finds out about Hank and does not take it very well? I have seen Hank's coming out to Iva and when Hank gets a bullet to save Paul's life from the latter evil father and when he gets tested for HIV after finding out Charlie's diagnosis, but Soap Opera Digest recaps are too much concises...) and Billy Douglas on OLTL (1992) as first LGBT teen in both daytime and primetime TV (I have seen all the episodes on You Tube. BTW, what a great storyline, why it was ignored by the Emmys? Andrew Carpenter and Billy's father players are both really great in their roles! Oh, well, if OLTL was not nominated for Best Drama in 1994 with Marty's gang rape story which won four major awards and was spectacular, no surprise at all - sadly) and I have read something about Azure in The City (1996) as first Trans, but I'd like to see the episode where Bernado finds out and Azure confirms what is said in that newspaper to have something to quote. I like quoting, it gives the essays more depth. I already read the biweekly recaps from Soap Opera Digest on Tumblr and single episodes recaps on IMDB, but I'd like to have more to write about. And something more about critics and public opinions - I only knows that the storyline was rapidly axed because of bad writing and bad performance by Carlotta Chung, but I have nothing to quote.   PS Thank you @JAS0N47 for your incredible and rich site (and work on it). In particular for the Nielsen ratings on weekly basis lists since 1974 and for everything about Sharon Duval - specially for the script of the confession episode dated 23 May 1977! I'm not a DAYS viewers (I'm Italian, I live in Italy and on You Tube there is almost nothing if not short videos), but I've seen some clips of Marlena's first possession (Deidre Hall is terrific in it! Storyline is garbage, but it has its chilling moments and it is funny - I laugh everytime I remember Kristen say to Marlena "according to the book of demonology"! Was she an espert of demons or what!? ) and read on Soap Opera Central daily recaps about infamous Melaswen (brainwashed Marlena has a particular sense of humor - killing ex alcoholic Maggie with a bottle of wine and Alice with her donuts...), so I know something about the soap. Little, but better than nothing.

    • I'm curious the motivation for keeping Bela on beyond the circus story arc.  Did he play a character like his character on EON, or was he more of a good guy? I know he ended up with Sunny at the end of the series, but I always thought that Sunny/Hogan could have been revived once the lack of chemistry between him and the NuLiza became apparent.   Actually... the NuLiza (Louan Gideon) reminded me more of Sunny than she did Liza as played by Sherry... and she just threw off the whole vibe of the show. I see Estelle has just arrived in the late October 1985 episodes, which only means that Wendy and Stephanie are soon on their way out.   It also appears that the Sarah/Quinn/Wendy triangle was set up by Mayer.. and it looks as though Tomlin is going to deactivate it by the introduction of Colleen Dion's character.   I don't understand why no one on the show thought to look at Quinn and realize that he was the problem and write him out.

    • I kind of assume they're toning down Rachel's bad seed tendencies a bit to make it less obvious if they're going for her as the shooter. At least that's what I hope they're doing - I've really enjoyed Rachel being a bratty evil DiMera princess and Marlena finally getting a grandchild she deserves.

. This show is so stupid. Sonny killed an FBI agent less than a year ago by shooting him at point blank range. But the new short bald man is much much worse cause he was a bad guy in some part of Africa and managed to not kill Lucky, Isaiah, Jason, or Anna. This show is crippled by the mob all these years after Guza has been long gone.    Laura is literally saying oooo but Sonny is a good mobster for Port Charles. Give me a [!@#$%^&*].ing break. Sometimes I don’t know why I watch this joke of a show.
    • With all the changes Sunny was one of the longest running characters by that time.  She had never been married and had heaps of story potential. I can see America getting with SFT -you know 'the circus soap'. Smart move because circuses were all the rage with the kids in the 80's. Maybe Stu and Jo could have bought the circus.
    • It is actually pathetic, that Victor’s 50 year old children are still written as scared of this man that has to sit in every scene. I get it, EB has been on the show for almost 50 years, but I don’t care. He’s a man in his 80’s and should not be the damn lead and driving force because you don’t want to upset Eric Braeden ‘s fragile ego that only exists because the writers have cowtowed to this man for so long.
