Still scratching my head over the abrupt and bizarre Ivy exit: 'I've overstayed my welcome' and then leaving the office with a fake plant in a box, but re-iterating that she'll return. What?
I understand why AB is being sent off-canvas, but just have Ivy to tell Bridge, 'you know, I'm going to Oz for a bit to let things cool down.' Oh, and, who wasn't laughing at Bridge passing judgment on Ivy's meddling.
Let's hope when AB returns, The Vine continues to stir things up - perhaps with RJ in ways that are not proper, not proper at all.

I think I can safely say since we found out she’s been playing Bill all along, Hayley is definitely my favorite character on the show. Now that we get to see how much she hates Bill’s kids, I die laughing. I really enjoyed Lynette, if she’s really dead I can’t believe we got another completely offscreen death.
Carlton’s spray on beard continues to annoy me.

This latest incident is ironic considering the talk of the last assassination attempt being staged [which, if ever proven, could put Donnie in a world of hurt since someone did end up dead!].
Considering Trump's cratering support and lack of security (which is usually a big no no when a POTUS is around!), I would not be at all shocked if this was another fake attempt for the benefit of the press, to help Donnie shore up some goodwill and support from his easily-duped base, at the very least.

GH: Classic Thread

Guza generally seems to like couples he creates like Carly/Sonny, Jax/Brenda, and potentially Jason/Brenda. He never really wrote for Sonny/Brenda as a couple together besides the last return.
I do think it was fairly wise to keep Sonny/Brenda apart in the first run because of Carly/Sonny's popularity and the length of Vanessa's initial contract. I am pretty certain everyone assumed Vanessa would stay, but at the time it was probably a solid decision when VM bolted. Unfortunately, Carly/Sonny will end up torturing us for the next two decades lol. At the time blowing up the very rushed Skye/Jax pairing was a smarter choice.
