It's ironic that Michael Sabatino's JT Cornell is going to come flying out of a cake dead since his on-screen wife, Francesca Vargas, on Sunset Beach met exactly the same fate.

King, I thought of Francesca when I saw that promo. What, they were married onscreen at some point? When was this? It couldn't have been on "Beach." I would have remembered that. Plus, she was hot for Cole. At any rate, this should be good -- although a part of me will die inside since JT was just a remarkable character.

It could have been the third of their threesome who stashed JT in the cake, sort of like a wake up call to Chad. "If you don't break it off with the chick, you're next."

When Francesca and Phillip Vargas first premiered on the SHOCKWAVE Cruise Boat, they were a married couple, but he was only for ten episodes (?) before he died. So, then she was widowed/single.

Unless I've missed something, I don't think Jared has an alibi at all. I also maintain that HE'S THE ONE Chad's been "getting it on" with and I'd be HIGHLY SURPRISED if he's not the one!

I find nothing funny at all about a woman being so badly beaten and raped that she almost died?

Rape in real life is no joke......i agree. But when it's happened 175 times on the same show, it does tend to be a bit ridiculous , therefore i'm making fun.

Vanguardian, I agree with you. But Phoenix (or somebody) has insisted, on numerous occasions, that Jared has an alibi for at least two of Chad's sex sessions. Personally, I haven't seen it, either. Yes, Jared is talking to Tess while Chad's at the hotel but at some point, it always seems that he goes MIA.

he has had alibis on at least two other occasions. It's not Jared. Besides, listen to Jared's dialogue. He keeps tells Chad not to do this or he will lose Whitney. Jared and Chad don't talk like they are doing it together. Jared is always implyingfrom his dialogue he has no idea who it is and Chad is always implying based on the dialogue that it's someone other then Jared. JER can;t be so stupid as to have his writing team write it like this and then have Jared be Chad's lover. I thought it was him at first too btu the last 3 months he has had alibits multiple times and it doesn't seem like Jared and Chad are keeping a secret together.

If Jared is his lover, JER is a worse writer then I thought because I will make no sense. All those that don't see what I am seeing I guess missed alot of moments on the show. I have most of them taped (why I don't know) and I can pull them out right now and find the exact evidence

As for JT, Sabatino was only short-term. Everyone knew that. It was said in the mags at least twice and watching the show the last few weeks would tell you that JT was going to end up dead with his blackmailing so many people. I love JT and wish he wouldn't go but I knew it was coming, even if I hadn't known Sabatino was short-term.

Oh, and Rick, I was not laughing about the rape. I was laughing about the reason Eve gave for Fancy going into a coma, which was stupid. I have strongly criticized Passions for all the rape, as you know, so why you would think I would laugh is beyond me.

If JER ignored all this, then it would be the worst writing I have ever seen and would make his whole team look terrible. Then again, Jared will probably turn out to be Chad's lover based on who is writing. I don't think so though. I thought Jared at first but the last two months have convinced me otherwise. We'll see.

I've said on other boards that I think much of the dialogue is deceptive somehow. I think Jared STILL THINKS Chad is with Valerie (as well as with Jared himself) and Valerie is the one he's telling Chad to stop cheating with. Could be that neither Chad nor Jared thinks that what THEY do together is considered cheating because they are of the same sex (and it's true that I once heard that DL men don't consider what they do as cheating, oddly enough)!!!! I remember just recently when Jared, Theresa, Little Ethan, Whitney, and Chad were in the park. Chad leaves to go to the motel while Jared disappears offscreen with Little Ethan to buy hot chocolate. Jared never returned with the hot chocolate (onscreen at least). I have a theory about that and all of this is my theory of this happening OFFSCREEN. While buying the hot chocolate, Jared gets a call on his cell phone from Chad telling him to meet him at the motel. Jared agrees and returns to Theresa and Whit with the hot chocolate. He then tells the two women he's gotta run and take care of some errands (one of them being Chad) and that he'll return in a little while. Jared arrives at the motel first (probably because Chad stops by the drugstore to pick up some condoms) and the rest, as they say, is history. There's also one other thing that can be open to interpretation. Remember when Chad and Jared were at the jewelers? Chad tells Jared about the ultimatum he gave Whitney despite the fact that he's seeing SOMEONE ELSE. Jared responds by saying, "well that's a pretty gutsy move, man, given the fact that you are seeing SOMONE ELSE! Now we know how this sounds on the surface but can't this also mean that the person Jared is referring to is HIMSELF? It doesn't mean that it's NOT him, it just means that he knows all about it. Just my two cents but we'll see what comes to light.
