OMG! Sweeney and Dattilo are ROCKIN' and SMOKIN' today.

It feels good to like Lucas/Dattilo again.

I guess it's my "Shelle's in trouble" radar going up... but why do I have the feeling Willow is bad news? Also, I wonder if Willow could be a long-missing character?

Great show today, Days.

^ Most likely with the horrible upbringing. We usually always get told that for a reason.

Another good show today. Was I the only one wishing that Mimi would get on the plane with Phillip and be gone forever? Sami and Lucas were great today! I loved the stuff with Will, and Sami trying to look like she wasn't trying to kick Lucas out. Funny stuff. Great to see that HS is using Maggie. She might not have a lot of scenes, but it is still making everything seem more like my old Salem.

We had a flashback today!!!! The difference was that it was appropriate to the scene and it was very short.

I am officially back on the Lumi bandwagon. Sure Lucas still said some bad things about Sami, but EJ's little comments in the begining really made me not like him near Sami. Oh EJ, I do love your devilish ways though...

What is Kate talking about, Sami a bed hopper? I must have missed that, but I thought she has been rather conservative when it comes to who she sleeps with, since when has she ever jumped into bed on a first date.

Phillip asking Mimi to tell Claire about him and that he will always love her/be her daddy (whatever it was), why is HS trying to make me cry every episode.. Congrats Kyle, you are no longer that jerk from Real World, you are Phillip Kirakis. (IMO)

It's possible she works for EJ and has an agenda. It is possible that she is what she says she is and has no ulterior motives. It's possible that her talking about taking Shawn on a vacation gets played out and they go off and get into trouble innocently. I like her and hope she turned out good for Shawn.

Loved Lucas and Will today. I'm angry with Sami. Actually, I'm angry with the writer's for making Sami look vapid, loose and vulgar. She is none of those things. Also, the Kate and EJ conversation was so corny. I love EJ though, as in love to hate him. He will be a very good villian.

Another thing I loved today was that Belle wore no makeup except some eye coloring. That was perfect for showing her somber face, the depth of her sadness. I wanted to cry for her, too.

The way Philip spent time with Mimi seemed almost like he was forming an alliance with her and if he comes back, will he take her under his wing?

Marlena drove me crazy. Part of her talking was so confusing I couldn't keep up with it, like it was babbling instead of meaningful. To me it was not good at all. Marlena is supposed to be strong and know her heart and place, not this trembling, doubtful, fearful person. It didn't feel like a Marlena scene. Just another of the writing that disturbs me. I hope this gets better instead of worse.

I really hope Williow is genuine and isn't working for anyone. That storyline has been played out already and it's too predictable. Shawn and Willow are so cute and I want to see them slowly form a relationship. DO NOT involve Belle either. Let Willow's prostitution and her shady background be what complicates this relationship, not Belle.

I saw Willow for the first time today. Eeek. Jury's out on her.

Great show today!

OH MY GOD! So EJ has been working for Kate this entire time? He just called Sami "the little tramp"!?! And how dare Kate say that half the town slept with Sami. Sami's only been with Alan (not willingly), Austin, Lucas, Franco and Brandon. Do we really need to talk about the men Kate slept with? What's that saying about the coffee pot and the tea kettle?

I think EJ is using Kate, and playing both of them.

How is she supposed to know her heart and place? Practically half her life has been ripped from her. She doesn't know who she is anymore. I loved that she said what she said. I wanted a love scene, but I would rather have what we have because they were intimate and couple-y, and they were letting their guards down. Marlena said before she left that she hasen't let him be there for her.

Marlena's always been expected [by Salemites] to be perfect. That's why everyone yells at her when she makes even a tiny mistake. Roman expected her to be, Sami, Carrie, even Belle, her friends... When she messed up, people yelled at her and blamed her for everything wrong in their life.

Letting someone see your true self takes more strenght then keep up a facade. Marlena was honest (see, the woman can't win whatever she does). She admitted to the man who knows her best that she's terrified. Who wouldn't be? She knows the pain Alex brought on her family, and Tony, and Stefano, and Gina etc. Those people threatened her family because of her. It makes sense that some part of her thinks it'd be easier in the long run (not to mention safer) for them if she wasen't around.

Alex took everything she knew and turned it upside down. She had a view of who she was before he came around and now she doesn't. Needing help doesn't make one weak. But asking for help means you're strong. It's hard to admit that you can't do everything yourself (trust me, it is).

Marlena was more human in those episodes than she's been in a long time. She has a frickin' messed up life, I'm glad they're taking a few minutes to deal with it. Reilly was the opposite. He told us what was going on, but he didn't show us.

Those scenes was about J&M connecting as people, and they were wonderful to me. John is so much more lovable now than he's been in years. He's soft spoken and considerate (which he always was with Mar), yet he can be hot headed when needed. Wish we'd seen more of that card game though.

I also liked Marlena asking Shawn wtf happened to his face? Just small human things. Like Phillip talking to Claire the other day and giving her a cookie, or playing with her. Or... hearing noises that I guess were supposed to be Claire and Marlena.

EJ's been working for Kate the entire time!? I didn't pick up on that?

I thought this was just the deal they made at DUNE or where ever they were the other day?

I'm absolutely loving the show, as well...I didn't get to see today's eppy, but I'm glad I got SOAPnet...

I just want Sami and Lucas officially back together; they so belong with one another.

I did not like John and Marlena's scene on the balcony at all. It was confusing and like I mentioned earlier, it was like she was babbling and made no sense. This is not at all Marlena.

It's also a different John, but I am really loving that. I hated how he would always grab her and yank her in his direction, put his hand on her neck and twist her face to where he wanted it and jerk her around. I hated, hated that in John. He hasn't done that in a while. Not long after I posted everywhere about how I hated that. Someone took a cue, so it helps to say what you really don't like.

I really hated the way Sami was written as a loose woman. She would have never fallen in bed with EJ unless she had fallen in love with him and they had an understanding. The writers need to study Sami or bring in a different character instead of ruining Sami to fit their plans.....just from a Sami fan.

But "it's a wonderful life! And she's never ever ever never leaving it again, ever! NEVER! Empowered Marlena has spoken! But hold me John, because without you, I can't be independent!"

Yeah, it was contradicting crap. Who WROTE those scenes? If it was Sheffer, he's doing a great job turning J&M into a parody of themselves. Hilarious.

I totally agree with you about Sami though. She's not a bed hopper, and Kate always amuses me when she goes down that road. "Why can't you get her into bed? Half the town's done her! Now do me." Whaaat? LOL, but she was so fierce today, I loved it! Now there's a woman that Sheffer has given power back to!
