Phyllis is useless and instead of cutting their losses (MS is waaaaay too “popular”), they bring back her dotter to give her something to do. I’d rather see Daniel and Lucy instead of Dummer redux. Some fresh dynamics, please, and Daniel can work on luring Lily away from Billy.

He looks great. In person he’s very hot even not in that kind of shape. One can only expect that Bradley will want to show that off.

I watched an old mid-2000s ep of Y&R in which it looked like he and CLB were eye-fùcking each other. He did have that vibe.

That’s a good one because he almost felt like a completely different actor. (And he grew into his looks too. Sometimes the cute kid doesn’t become a cute teenager. I won’t be mean about his sister.)

LLC would have been a great recast and she already had an established rapport with Ted King. I love Rena, but her Lois, with that OTT style and Brooklyn accent, was perfect for the Labine era that often had a zaniness about it. LLC would have been perfect for a darker, grittier Guza world, and I would have loved to have seen her instead of Lesli Kay, who is a strong actress but never really nailed the accent/character and sort of channeled Rena at times.

For me, it’s Lauralee Bell, who was appallingly incompetent in her early years as Cricket on Y&R but evolved into a solid, grounded performer who could not only withstand the scenery-devouring (yet undeniably talented) tornado that is Michelle Stafford, but go toe to toe with her. Who would you pick?

This show is very frustrating because it could be so much better. The ingredients are right there and so obvious.

I saw that score. Shades of the Roland Garros final but more of a demolition. When Ostapenko is on, look out.
