Regardless of whatever happens with Doug or Joey, I very much like the idea of Vanessa coming out of this as strong, independent, and triumphant.

(character name was not given in that article) Update that the character's name is Dr. Jeffrey Russell. In the promo for week of April 28 - May 2, this character is speaking with Kayla in her office. She says that he working on a drug which could save Bo's life. He replies "I wish I could help your brother but my hands are tied". Then the scene shifts to Shawn telling Steve about the drug. Fyi, GH promo for upcoming months, released April 19, but intended to cover the next months or possibly year. I was waiting for your confirmation. Thanks. And same is true for for Tues. May 6 and Wed. May 7. I'm really glad it's a full preemption for BTG, so that broadcast viewers don't have to scramble to find it at odd times. And thank you for fixing the edit button coincidentally just in time for me to make this thread. I was pulling my hair out worried that I'd announce the wrong info without being able to edit if I had erred.

I hate how Joey is openly disrespecting Vanessa, talking to her like she's garbage, while complimenting her with fake words. Telling her that he owns the escort service -- he pretended to be polite but it was menacing and so very creepy. This is behavior I hope she can recognize, if she can. I also hate that he's secretly using her for financial stuff, which she wouldn't know about. So it's two different things and I hate them both. I feel like they've been mostly writing this show for a women audience, but this Joey storyline is so demeaning to women. Well Joey is also demeaning to everyone, including Randy and Doug. Everyone is just a pawn to him.

The station listings do show the BTG preemptions for the soccer pre-match show and the soccer matches, but don't always display the alternate times to air B&B or Y&R. Also trying a couple of other tv listings websites, which have better information RESULTS in third post of this thread. Update: confirmation that BTG will have a full official preemption in USA and Canada. BTG will not have episodes on cbs.com or paramountplus or CHCH on the affected dates.

I saw mention upthread that Bill's hand was showing symptoms again. I had missed that on first watch today, so thanks for mentioning it. Just rewatched -- Bill's hand was doing something odd while he was carrying Hayley to the bedroom. Some sort of tremor or twitch.

The Pope's funeral is this Saturday April 26, with some attendees arriving in Rome Friday April 25. There could be preemptions in the future whenever his successor is chosen.
