  1. As posted abovethread from SOD, describing April 1st episode: Carly’s day starts out with her young daughter, Donna, and Felicia, who works at the hospital as a patient advocate and was close friends with Carly’s late mother, Bobbie Spencer. “Donna wants to go see the [memorial] wall, the wall of people who have passed away who made General Hospital so special,” Wright explains. “And then Felicia let’s Carly know, ‘We’re celebrating 62 years [since the hospital’s founding].’ ” Carly, Felicia and Donna then lovingly remember Bobbie, who passed away last year. This screencap from the promo from week of March 31st must be that scene:
  2. There's a picture of Lucas and Jason on page 6 of this thread but I don't know what date that airs -- just sometime week of March 31 - April 5. As I posted earlier in this thread: When the cast photo appeared in Variety, for the April 1st GH anniversary episode of the Monica Quartermaine Cardiac Wing dedication, I wondered why Head Nurse Elizabeth and Dr. Lucas Jones weren't in the cast photo with the other hospital staff. Especially since Lucas' parents are both on the memorial wall. But now we know that Elizabeth was in the car accident, which aired in Eastern Time around the time when (or shortly after) the Variety article was published, and hadn't yet aired in other time zones. So of course Elizabeth and Lucas will be in the April 1st episode, but they didn't reveal the accident at publication time so that wasn't in the Variety article, so no pics of the hospital emergency room in that article. Update: Now we know that in the March 31 episode, Lucky was at the car accident scene and saw that Elizabeth was a passenger in the crashed car, and then he came to the hospital with Elizabeth. Lucas is treating Ric; and Isaiah is treating Elizabeth. Elizabeth needs surgery on her broken leg. So a lot of the characters are at the hospital in special April 1st anniversary episode, but not all at the dedication ceremony for the new Monica Quartermaine cardiac wing. I don't know about Lulu, if she's in the April 1st episode or not. She hasn't been mentioned.
  3. Yeah I don't think there's a mother. Perhaps Joey has learned that Vanessa does hookups at real estate homes, and he might join in, or blackmail her, or whatever. Or, perhaps he wants a fancy home to set up for laundering his criminal activities. Or he's just messing with Vanessa because he wants to control her finances. Or all of the above.
  4. Additional articles, videos, and photos for the special April 1st GH episode are on the GH March 2025 spoilers thread, on pages 4, 5, and 6 of that thread, starting here: https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/68281-gh-march-2025-spoilers/page/4/ Several of us have added items there.
  5. U/5 man used to possibly represent John Black's body, or maybe someone with that appearance: (March 31st episode) Per SOD: Allan Wayne Anderson (Silver-Haired Man): The mysterious character will appear in scenes at Orpheus’s compound. https://www.soapoperadigest.com/content/comings-and-goings-the-latest-cast-changes-as-of-march-31/ imdb photo: From the actor's instagram - he says "When 2 days on set turned into 3 months of a dream job. 10. Re: your objection to the character name "Joey", saying it's not a name for a grown man. What? Plenty of grown men have nicknames that they use regularly. Maybe his father was known as Joseph or Joe, so he uses Joey to differentiate? Or he wants to sound friendly even though he's not. Furthermore, many mobsters have nicknames. That's the vibe I'm getting from this .... https://www.npr.org/2018/06/26/623268051/cadillac-frank-ice-pick-willie-and-the-nicknames-of-american-mobsters
  11. https://www.soapoperadigest.com/content/gh-exclusive-laura-wright-carly-previews-very-emotional-62nd-anniversay-episode/ Thank you for posting this article, too. I usually don't care about Carly or Sonny; but I liked reading this part of the interview: Quote: This one honors Leslie Charleson, so that’s special,” she points out. “And I get to work with people that I don’t usually work with on an everyday basis, because they sprinkle in different people from the cast together. There are a couple of scenes where everyone’s together, and that definitely feels special.” Carly’s day starts out with her young daughter, Donna, and Felicia, who works at the hospital as a patient advocate and was close friends with Carly’s late mother, Bobbie Spencer. Later, Carly meets up with her former hubby, Sonny. “When Carly and Sonny run into each other, Carly’s in the chapel,” the actress reports. “And they talk about, ‘Wow, it’s been a long time [since we’ve been coming here],’ and Carly says that she doesn’t think of loss when she thinks of General Hospital. She thinks of all the nurses and doctors and her mom and how they’ve taken care of so many people. So, it’s very emotional and I think just kind of perfect. It’s a bittersweet thing for Carly in that moment. I think that a hospital would be, especially a hospital chapel. It’s a place where people are healed and there’s so much great success, but there are also people who find themselves in the chapel to pray that the people they love make it. They kind of talk about that.” End quotes.
  12. https://www.tvinsider.com/1184089/general-hospital-genie-francis-anniversary-leslie-charleson-tribute/ Thank you for posting this. Appreciated! As usual the TV Insider article contains some of the same info as the corresponding TVGuide print magazine article posted earlier., but, as usual tvinsider.com has additional info and pics that the print magazine didn't have.
  13. From the WaPo wig images: Does the wig on the right say "Dana/Leslie"? Can't quite read the episode number but it looks like "Julia" is in Episode 39? If so, that would be April 21? (Julia was the event planner/publicist who already aired with Dani about the fashion show.) Pics here from that epi: https://www.instagram.com/p/DH3-5ThSaaz/ That actress said on IG that she's recurring. Fyi, we have two "Shanice" at BTG. The actress Shanice Antonia plays the character Julia the influencer/publicist. The nurse supervisor character Shanice is played by actress Ernestine Johnson Morrison.
  14. I think both of these pics are the same scene-- the second one is just zooming in on the first, from a different camera angle. Oh, but I see that someone's elbow is on the table in the left part of the second pic. Not sure if that's another character, or someone from the crew?
  15. Yeah I was wondering about that. The photo caption says "Clifton Davis and Trisha Mann-Grant during a scene on the set." That caption was vague ... it seems to imply that both actors are on that set at the same time during filming, and the actors are interacting... but I don't know if the characters will interact. But since these pictures were taken on the set Feb. 6th, then it might air in early May, so perhaps part of the May sweeps reveal(s) ? Daphnée Duplaix and Sheila Ducksworth at the Paley Center event said that Nicole has something(s) major happening in April.
  16. That scene was cringe: Kat fantasizing about Tomás. I like Kat and the actress Colby; but even she couldn't elevate that scene.
  17. Another legal meeting at the diner? Come on! This isn't Y&R, for crying out loud. Make a set for Naomi's legal office. Having a legal meeting in the diner takes me right out of the scene.
  18. The Nazis did the same thing in the 1930s, they played to the population's economic insecurities and then manufactured the scapegoat to be the Jewish people. Le Pen and Musk are no different. They manufacture scapegoats in order to get followers. This has nothing to do with the problems of the working class. Unsurprisingly, Elon Musk and former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro have just issued statements of outrage at the outcome of Marien Le Pen's legal case.
  19. Good point. Vanessa is the Lucy Coe of the show.
  20. I think the breakout stars are Ambyr (Eva), Ernestine (Shanice), and Trisha (Leslie/Dana)
  21. she's in the credits as "Dana Thomas" so that's supposedly her real name, but who knows... Only MVJ knows.
