  1. Watching Jersey always reminds me of how the OC used to be in the first nine season. Fun moments, husbands that were interesting(not necessarily likable though), family scenes, and some good fights. I'm hoping during OC's hiatus, the producers study old episodes..and watch NJ to remind them of what they once were. And I co-sign that Evan is eye candy. Can he still appear even if Jackie is dropped? Also, while it's nice Sutton got the best diamond on BH, I'm still remembering how well Brandi came across in her friend of season..and how nasty she was once she got a diamond. So proceed with caution. I haven't watched Atlanta this season..but seeing Drew in interviews...why was she given a peach? She doesn't pop nor have that special thing that makes you want to watch. Season 14 needs another revamp..imho
  2. When Kary was slamming Charles..she also was slamming Stephanie since she's from Oklahoma. I was surprised Stephanie even said anything..tbh
  3. Dark Shadows...Shadows on the wall. Used to be available for purchase and it was pretty detailed.
  4. And I thought Jim and Hilary made a good couple as well. When watching Reva's slut of Springfield episode...Jim/Hilary were featured as well..talking about their relationship and where each wanted it to go. Shame the show killed Hilary off...while Jim languished for a few months before being written off. Least the show could have done was have them leave together so Hilary could have returned later.
  5. It seemed like once Ryder was solo..that's when the show went off the rails. And I wonder if he would have listened to his writers or not that might have given him info on characters to use, etc. He seemed dismissive of the Bauers...and I doubt he would have done Nola justice even if Lisa brown opted to come back. How was Simon on Search?
  6. Head of the class was a great show..and actually diverse in terms of casting and personalities. Why remake it? Unless one of the original characters come back as a teacher...I'm also not interested.
  7. I watched Long's SFT stint when the episodes were up in the last months. I was surprised at how balanced the show was, with a wide variety of different age groups shown. And hearing her speak about Stu/Jo...it made me think she got what the core was of that show. She opted to do the final good bye scene between Jo and Stu without doing the planned wedding between them because they were best friends and platonic...and they were the heart of the show. I think that experience helped her make her 2nd stint at GL quite successful.
  8. Erica wiped the floor with both Maria and Brooke without breaking a sweat. Natalie and Barbara were more evenly matched against Erica. Although Annie in the late 2000s went a few rounds with Erica successfully. Of the younger set..Annie and Erica could verbally spar.
  9. But in season 5..Carole and Heather bring her back to earth. Firing her clique benefited Luann immensely.
  10. Luann was more countess especially in season 4 against Alex. Rhonj season 1 and 2 were good...3 to 5 were like a hamster wheel...and 6 should be skipped lol
  11. Felicia seemed hardened and cynical in the episode. Nice to see more of Henrietta...who I read was a rival/friend of Quinn.
  12. When my mom went to interview for a paralegal job 5 years ago...they barely used computers...still had law books, etc So not surprised at the public Zoom thing. Surely zoom meetings can be limited to those invited, etc. RHONJ Evan and Teresa had an odd vibe during that brief interaction. Joe B and Jackie..as well. And Jennifer was right... pigtails does talk down to her hubby
  13. Alan does better with 1 on 1 interviews...imho And she's 90 years old and doesn't care...just like Susan pratt
  14. Had they framed the story where Alex would trade insults with Mindy but had other stories not involving Mindy...would have made it better. Her last scenes in 1992 read as a good bye more than a 8 week vacation. Not only how she played the scenes..but the scenes themselves.
  15. Taylor seemed more like a Cecily Davidson or a youn brooke English. Remember Brooke was a spoiled rich teen that eventually grew into a reporter, etc. So Taylor seemed more like that until the show made her go crazy.
  16. Wasn't it Lorraine Broderick that made Taylor into the obsessed stalker?
  17. Dallas: Brandi is what Delores on RHONJ would describe as a 'professional victim'. Tiffany and Dee's interaction shows another side to Dee....a human side. As I've said before...Dee wishes Tiffany was her daughter. Kary is emotionally stunted due to being a child of an alcoholic. Her daughter last week said her mom is all emotion..no logic. Kam and Court are the odd couple that works. D'andra and her hubby do seem to enjoy one another.
  18. The thing with Jen was during that Met confrontation with Mary...she backed down when Mary offered to go outside and settle this. Mary is shady as well...so I'm sure she'll be exposed in due time. No wonder Jen was so tense.... guilt has a way of eating one up. And it looks like Whitney's skin care line is in Meredith's boutique.
  19. I do recall IR's run..she was fighting an attraction to Noah..but did have one scene where she was gleeful at Julia being jealous of her being around Noah. I think the show's reason for recasting was to take the character in a new direction. Wonder what that even means lol
  20. To be honest, I can't imagine Leah being any less likable than in her debut season. She and Ramona/Sonja look to be the same age
  21. Dolan at least had a dry sense of humor..that was more dead pan than what Colin and Bailey-Smith had. I think the PTSD story with Margo was what drove away the last of Margo's humored zest. Holmes was handsome, but sexy isn't what I would have used to describe his Tom. I could have seen Emily going for Marx's Tom though I do think Marland lost the ability to write humor and banter. Look what he ended up doing to Shannon before she was 'killed' off. I never saw a lot of humor on his ATWT...everyone was so earnest like a Thomas Kinkaide photo.
  22. Maybe brandi is out? Or maybe adding a 6th housewife to the 5 already on?
  23. Makes the Ashley mental hospital scenes from the mid 80s look glamorous. 1974 scenes..moody and psychological..as if Ingmar Bergman was directing
  24. Tess vs Sydney had potential on the City....and I think Tess being buddies with Jacob..but she/Angie not liking one another was another element not explored. I would have bought out Heinle's contract instead of having her appear and leave 2 months into the new show. At the same time, she and Tony had a good rapport while her new friendship with Azure had promise.
  25. Agree...Eve brought spark to the story...and even provided an interesting conflict to the Jeff/Vicki story with resolving who he was. Sadly with moltke's departure cut short the Eve being killed angle. He and Carolyn made an interesting match..and provided her character with a touch more depth (looking beyond surface to what's inside).
