Soooo...did she divorce Tom? Or when he died, did their marriage automatically become legal? I'm not up on that area of the law...but I have to wonder, would they need to remarry AFTER Tom died. Lord...I hope it's not a legit marriage.

Someone's gotta help me out on this one, because I can't recall exactly how it went down. But when Tom proved he was still married to her, she and Michael tried to circumvent him and free her from teh bonds of unholy matrimony by claiming him as a missing person or something to that effect. He saw their ad in the newspaper and screwed that plan up. I can't remember what happened with the marriage after that. But John decided that he was going to remarry her after her marriage to Tom was dissolved.

Golly gee, I hope not. Not that I would care one way or the other if Sharon is pregnant...I'm so sick of that group (sans Jack) I don't know what to do with myself. What I do know, is if Sharon is pregnant, along with Lauren and Phyllis...a baby has to die...and I chose Phyllis' kid.

I said the same thing, with all the constant reminders that Phyllis and Michael are friends (and now Lauren and her are friends and experiencing all the pregnancy stages together)... and now that suddenly Michael's father medical history is being questioned, I wouldn't be surprised if an ABC baby drama mess isn't in store for them. And if that's the case, then I'm with you... long live Michael and Lauren's baby.

As for the accident, sorry...I think that was used up with the bullish accident a couple of weeks ago. Too bad, I don't know why they let the wonderful poetic justice of Sharon donning a RED WIG, renting a car and mowing Phyllis and Nick down in the Newman parking lot and NEVER paying for it just drift by.

I'd prefer Phyllis' baby die too. But I can't stand Nikki. She is such a high society snob when all Victor did was turn tha stripper into a housewife.

Ahhhh! That felt good seeing Sharon tell Nikki how she really feels. Nikki knows she hates Sharon and has only been pretending to like her for God knows what reason. Nikki has been a !@#$%^&*] to Sharon since day one.

Nick and Phyllis disgust me and I can't wait for their downfall. Somethings gotta happen and I can't wait to enjoy every minute of their misery. They freakin' deserve each other. It pains me to hate on Phyllis, but if she's willing to drag herself down with Dickolas, so be it.

Nice to see a slice of the old Victor today. This whole thing was cute for the first couple of weeks, but he needs to start poppin' those damn pills and get back to his old self very soon.

Glad not to see Gloria today. It doesn't look like that bugged-eyed witch will ever pay for murder and ruining Jabot. And that pisses me off even more considering.... well, those that are spoiled know what I mean.

Dru has known about the affair for months but has never interacted with Phyllis since then. Come on writers. For some reason, with Phyllis giving birth... I'm seeing some woods, a cabin, and only her and Sharon being there (AMC's Erica/Maria and the birth of Maddie without the kidnapping, though I don't mind seeing Sharon raise Phyllis' daughter as her own... punish Nick's ass for Cassie's death); but I have a feeling if the baby dies (and it's not Sharon's fault) all the Newmans will blame Sharon and get sole custody of Noah. Then I'll be force to see Phyllis raise Noah as her own son, to make up for losing her child and all the moments she missed with Daniel (some Passions' Theresa/Ethan/Gwen bullshit).

Something else that bugs me. Lynn Marie Latham has been disappointing me with the Winters. Not only did she drop the ball on their story, but she doesn't seem to be intertwining them into other stories like everyone else, particularly Phyllis. I miss the Dru/Phyllis showdowns.

Your last line says it all "she's the one character that..." that's the point, we're not supposed to have anyone remind Phyllis of the nasty selfish piece of trash she really is (and truth be told, Phyllis was better as a psycho than she is now as Whatever this person is supposed to be). As soon as Dru started on Phyllis that day, Neil shut her up...because he's Phyllis' biggest fan too, apparently.

Oh and no matter how they try to slice it...Dru and Phyllis are not alike. Perhaps, when Dru has two attempted murders under her belt, I will agree.

I feel bad for Sharon. She's getting the short end of the "Get a Free [!@#$%^&*] up pass" that's being passed around between the Newman's. She's not perfect- far from it, but it's digusting how Nick's dalliances are forgiven, pardon and so understood while she's branded the generic slut for daring to turn to someone else for affection.

You're right...Phyllis is not the only one to blame for the affair...Nikolas deserves most of the blame as well.

However, the problem that I had with Phyllis was the fact that she sat across from Sharon pushing her to work on her marriage almost a day or two after she finished riding Nick in the stables. WTF was that?

However, its a good thing that Y&R countered with Sharon being the maid of honor at Victoria and Brad's wedding...that made me forget all about all Phyllis' actions months and weeks before.

Sharon screwing up, same can be said for Nick's mess up... personally, I don't think Sharon should have never took Nick back when she was taken by Matt Clark that ended with the death of their second child. I wrote him off after that BIG mess up on his part.

And as for Phyllis... she's not to blame??? She knew Nick's ass is married... so she does deserve some of the blame. And for her being a screw up, she takes the cake with the Cricket/Danny/baby Daniel mess and the car incident were she was out to kill Christine and Paul (that has yet to be revealed to be her).

Because a lot of fans like Nick and Sharon together. I'm not one of them. But I think that's a big reason why. BUT, Phyllis has done some [!@#$%^&*]. That can't be denied. Mostly when she first came on the show. Those first few years she was a hot ass mess. Borderline psycho. That's when I fell in love with her. She was only supposed to be a short term character, but they got so many letters of support for the character (and the actress) they kept her on. I think the only time I didn't like Phyllis was when she snooped all up in Dru's purse and cell phone and stole Lily's paternity test results. Oh, and the time she pulled Dru's hat off and embarrassed her.

If you compare Sharon and Phyllis, Sharon is a liar and a slut, (as is about 85% of the characters) but Phyllis is that plus a whole lot more. She's tried to kill people. That being said, I still prefer her with Nick, mostly because I wish someone would get his ass in gear. She's a powerful personality and Nick has been such a wimp for so long. But right now, it seems they're pulling Phyllis' temperament down. Maybe because she's pregnant. I'm ready for her to get back to being a firecracker. If her baby dies, it's ON.

Refresh my memory with the Matt Clark (Ric Hearst's Matt Clark) and Nick thing? What did Nick do that was bad there?
