Steve did RESEARCH about Stefano (taking an active interest in getting back what's his)

A line I loved:

K: You're sounding like a cop

S: Now that's weird

PLUS They ARE exhuming the grave!!!!

AND we find out more about where Steve's been (gotta say the under five

actresses they hired were awful...but anyhoo)

AND there's intrigue being set up:

The gloved hand is trying to keep them apart

Ohhh it may even be a story that connects so much of the cast!

Can we say Hallelujah???

All in ONE episode! It's enough to make a girl giddy!

I did read the preview for Thursday and it was like a cold shower

after Wednesday's excitement But I will try and keep the faith.

It was big excitement seeing them discuss history and everything. There is do much potential in their story.

I'm excited about how all the stories seem to wrapping up in a good way. Mimi is losing her grip on the secret, Shawn and Belle are getting closer and Bo is looking into what happened to the evidence (which Billie DOES know, bad girl).

Good stuff (and i'm even going to overlook all the history "mistakes" in the first few scenes because i'm too excited that the story seems to be starting to move).

Loved today's episode. I was so not expecting the gloved hand to be following Steve/Kayla and then for the cop to call the same person about Bo's situation was an even bigger surprise. This is actually getting good. Steve and Kayla's stuff was really good today. It reminded me of how the show used to be. I couldn't help but be proud of Shawn today. Of course, when he finds out about Mimi keeping the secret, he is going to change his tune real quick. Nice to see Alice and Maggie with Hope. Besides Mimi's terrible hair, I enjoyed the show immensely today.

When Eve the Skeeve called up the Gloved Hand, my jaw dropped about five miles. The person behind all of this has to be someone big. I don't know if I favor Lawrence or Stefano. It'll probably be Stefano, but still, it's nice to dream

Loved the show today. Seeing so much of Steve and Kayla really gave the feeling of Days' gone by and what a great feeling.

Confession time all around. Mimi needs to spit it out. Sami needs to tell all. Billie needs to fess up. What is Hope hiding?

I loved the Patch/Kayla stuff, especially the Salem Stalker/Benji talk. I hope EJ is Benji and not Elvis. If they're going to SORAS Elvis, he should be aged to Max and Chelsea's age, not Sami and Carrie's.

I'm currently on a DAYS strike until August 9 when JER is finally finished writing, but it sounds like I'm missing a lot here. Are you actually trying to tell me this show pulled off a surprise that floored viewers? Eve is working for the gloved hand? Of course the good [!@#$%^&*] happens when I'm not watching, LOL!

I don't know how I feel about E.J. potentially being Benji. Part of me wants this to happen because there's a better chance of getting Stefano back, but another part wants E.J. not related to anyone on canvas. Bring Wellses over from England. They could be the new powerful family. Sure, Stefano will always be welcomed, but the DiMeras are played out. JER ruined that family with his one-note Tony.

I tried the strike, but I get bored during the day, so I watch anyway. Once I get a job, this won't be terribly problematic, but it's interesting to say the least!

I think in this day of budget cuts, I'd sooner see EJ as Benjy if they feel the need to bring him on as a character. I'm all for EJ being an all new character, but with the cast being overinflated as it is (even with who has been cut), I don't think we need EJ and Benjy.

Well I would be bored too, but I just watch other soaps. I'm currently getting into Guiding Light and As the World Turns. The acting is so much better on these shows. I'm sure it's not the acting that brings DAYS down, it's the bullshit writing the actors have to act out, but it's still a relief.
