I agree that Neil is a pathetic excuse for a man and said the same somewhere on this forum myself. I can't stand him (and his little moisture-starved fro). Neil never sticks up for himself. Was yesterday supposed to be the one time he did? Because he bucked the dress code? Wooo, I know the other executives were quivering in their shoes. Is anyone else thinking that Nick won't care if the baby turns out to be Jack's? He will still want to leave Sharon for Phyllis. Nikki is telling him he doesn't even know if the baby is his. I really don't think it will make a difference in Nick's decision. I just hope we don't have to deal with Nick doctoring the test results. Either let it be his or Jack's. I don't want to think it's Nick's next week, then 5 years later we find out Nick changed the results so he could have a legitimate reason to get out the hell he is locked into with Sharon.

He doesn't have the grit to ask her for a DIVORCE, so he dresses "down" and goes after another woman.

I thought I wanted Dru to give Carmen a beatdown, but seeing Neil flirt with her IN FRONT of his children makes me realize that Dru should fight nobody over that sorry man. HE ISN'T WORTH IT!!!

He wont care, which is why I think in the end, the baby will be his, but I think that he is going to lie about the results in the same way he lied about Cassie's clothes. I think he wants to work on his marriage with Sharon because of Noah, but he loves Phyliss and wants a baby with her. Especially with him asking Jack if he still loved her.

I kinda resent Y&R even making this a paternity issue. Because its so cliched on other soaps. But with Nick saying he loves Phyliss anyway, it doesnt matter, we'll still get those two together in the end. Y&R knows they have struck gold with those two.

She's bedded Jack, forgot about him to pursue a married man whose marriage is shaky, manipulated the boss to keep a married man's wife out of town so she can screw him...but is playing cat and mouse with him...while she goes back to screwing Jack.
