@Maxim Thank you, I hope you're having a wonderful Boxing Day!

Hilarious that RJ wasn't invited to neither the Logan or Forrester gatherings. Maybe he and Li are hooking up on the downlow and ditched Eric's party. Or he spent it with cousin Flo.

I hope today's show opens with Eric telling Ivy & Electra that the party's over so they can come out of their rooms now.

@bongobongIs it any wonder Ivy Forrester is happy about Carter taking over? Good grief.  Even though Ivy and Electra live with Eric and Ridge, did they even meet with Ivy regarding Carter/Hope? Nope. Zende. Were they even mentioned on Christmas Eve? Nope.

This is just awful writing. If Eric asked Ivy to spy for the family, you know she would. While Ivy/Steffy have issues, Ivy knows Eric supports her unconditionally. She wouldn't betray him. It's just weird.

Wouldn't E, R and S get bent out of shape that the *Logans* fired Electra without cause? That's just easy fuel for the fire in this whole story. I simply don't get this.

Only on B&B does one barge into an empty, unlocked dark apartment and venture all the way into the back. I don’t think even D-list horror movie characters are that dumb.

The fact that Brooke texted Ridge that she thinks of him on Christmas, after what he did to her the previous day... proves to me that Ridge and Brooke deserve each-other. They are both incredibly selfish trash human beings and everyone around them suffers in their orbit. That's the fact.

Brooke should have blocked his ass on her phone and never looked back. Then she should have started terrorizing him and his proxies through her CEO position. That would have made me GLUED to my screen. It would have, as @edgeofnik said a day ago, made me relive a little bit of BeLief's glory. A little bit, but enough to make me care.

But no... we have to watch this incredibly disappointing weak type of woman-gaslit-to-death-turned-into-pushover that in 2024 exists only in Bradley Bell's universe. Nobody in this day and age, especially if you are a successful rich b-tch, acts like Brooke did.

If they don't turn this around after the Holidays... to Brooke getting her revenge... I don't see any hope for this show. I am not about to watch Brooke beg Ridge to pick her for the 38th year in a row. I'm done.

The stalking story of Electra started and came to a climax at warp speed.

I rolled my eyes at Hope chastising Ridge for swapping lovers so quickly. Hypocrite!!

Disgusting, especially given the context of this chauvinist pig calling her child a worthless slut and a nasty bitch days ago... and the same pig running to his ex less than 24 hours after he and Brooke had a fight.  Brooke Logan needs to seriously re-think her priorities. Like. NOW.

I hope this is just a Holidays moment and after New Years... the storyline turns into the BeLief from the dollar store- revenge type of thingy.  I would hate if they missed this opportunity. Finally Bridge has enough drama to break-up for good and Brooke has enough reason to become vengeful - something, she is actually good at.

You are probably right... Sadly.

Knowing Bradley this will probably be a recycle of Ridge is preparing to marry Taylor while parallel to this Brooke is fighting with time to get Carter to sign the company back before Ridge marries Taylor.

It could go two ways.

1. Brooke succeeds. Ridge realizes she worked for his interest and leaves Taylor at the altar. Steffy starts getting nervous tics. Taylor's chakra breaks into little pieces and she suffers a cardiac arrest. They bury her very very deep so she can't dig herself back up next time. She will... of course... return some day played by in her late 20s actress.

2. It will be too late and Brooke will run to their wedding with the papers that are getting him his company back... Only to see Taylor and Ridge married already.  Brooke cries horribly. Brooke gets emotionally unstable and starts getting panic attacks that look like medical emergencies.  Hope calls Finn to help Brooke who has fainted. When Brooke opens her eyes she sees the handsome doctor and an idea comes in her head. Maybe this is her destiny. All hell breaks lose from this moment on.

-- Bradley is screwing up this Remy storyline, too. Am I the only one who thinks this is moving far too quickly? No way should Remy have been caught already.

-- The "executives" at Forrester have to be the dumbest bast@rds alive. It took WILL to tell them Electra's photo was AI??? And don't get me started on firing someone and not giving her a reason.

-- That's "Will To The Rescue On A Motorcycle" in the previews for next week? JFC.

    • Yeah. I wasn't feeling it either. If it was meant to be a chem test, it didn't work. I don't think so. Because I think Neil and Liz moved into that house after Stefano "died", and Neil lived there until he went to go see his patients and never came back

    • Canada aired a repeat today Tues. Nov. 18. So after being a day ahead for the past week, they will now be back in sync with U.S.
    • I was really starting to enjoy it, but after Anspach, Shelton and Keane left, it got a bit blah to watch. Jane Russell was great as Rose, Buddy Ebsen as Toat was interesting as well.  If a second season were in the cards, I would have signed  Karen Carlson on to a contract and cast a couple more women as regulars. The cowboy aspect could continue. Sam Elliott, as always, was fantastic,  The camaraderie between Roy and Quisto was really good as well. Cybill... she was sex on a stick and unapologetic.   Poor Robin Wright barely lasted five minutes, though, before being raped and murdered.
    • I love it that we've gone from daylight to dark -- Luna's even returned to work -- but Steffy is still sitting next to shirtless Finn on the sofa.

    • Is the current DiMera mansion the same mansion Stefano moved into around 1983?  I remember that house was out near a lake, and not far from Doug Williams' night club.  In fact, there was a tunnel connecting Doug's Place to the DiMera mansion.  If it supposed to be the same house, I'm fairly sure it is not the same set.  But I'm aware sometimes soap opera sets change without any explanation
    • Amazing work @slick jones I remember watching and enjoying Yellow Rose but losing interest once they went to self contained episodes, Interestingly that's the opposite of what Dallas, KL and FC did. So maybe YR should have been more episodic at first and then go to a fully fledged serial. But really the timeslot was the problem -Sat @10 was not the spot for a serial. And Rounders turned out to be a poor lead in. Maybe 9-11 Tues following A Team would have helped.
    • LOL!!! He looks like he is reacting as if Luna just passed bad gas or something.
    • Doug Marland came on board shortly before Gloria Monty, I believe. Jackie Smith was in charge of ABC daytime at that point. All of the characters in place were not his creations. Alan was created by Irving and Tex Ellman who wrote the hurricane story a few months before and brought in Alan, Scotty, David Hamilton, Dorrie and Lisa/Lana. His first character was  Bobbie in Jan 78. Apart from wrapping up the Lan/Lisa story he pretty much kept all the stories going just adding new elements.
    • She is 29... she's inching closer, and we know how important age is on soaps.
