She would be foolish to plead guilty and get the maximum sentence, when most first offenders get fewer consequences. The information is pretty much the same as the TMZ articles, but there is some interesting speculation. The YouTuber consulted an attorney who said she is likely staying at the fancy rehab clinic so that she can count that as time served towards her jail sentence.
