Even if she said I am supporting Haley during this trying time or something more blunt I would be less annoyed by it.

I agree.

She's getting dragged so hard on twitter, yikes, not surprising though

NLG is right, you can have compassion. That's not excusing what HP did was beyond careless & a huge error in judgment. Hope the victim recovers Hope HP recovers. Hope she sees the gravity of what happened. HP needs to want help for it to be effective.

I get what NLG is saying. She has known her for 14 years and she is right, you can have compassion. That doesnt excuse what HP did was beyond careless, stupid and was a huge error in judgment

I think NLG’s reaction is what I would expect from a friend. You stand by your friends even when they’re wrong. I would not expect anything less.

Has anyone seen any statement from ABC on this? I feel like this story is starting to get picked up outside the soap press.

ABC doesn't usually comment on stuff like this. They only comment when an actor dies or if a character is being recast with a bigger named actor. Outside of that, nada.

It is, but it is also incredibly washing of what we've seen, even from a rag like TMZ. Haley Pullos deserves the criticism she's getting, especially after that really p*ss poor statement she made when the recast was announced. She was stupid. It is 2023. Take a ride share. It's no excuse putting your life and everyone else's life at risk by getting behind the wheel.

Michael is just an awful character with absolutely no agency or standards. Total hypocrite. In the Guza era, that scriptwriting team would likely have pointed that out even as the overall story painted him as some type of a conflicted hero.

I think everything Tracy said about Carly in this scene regarding Sonny now applies to Michael himself  - "Given the hell you have unleashed in loyalty to Sonny Corinthos, you have no right to criticize!"

I love that Tracy is never afraid to tell Carly off. That's why I'm so happy Jane Elliot is back right now.

Tracy is one of the few characters left that's often the voice of the audience, but the show either quickly plays it off as comedy, or as Tracy just being a b!itch for being a b!tch sake in order to downplay it.

That’s true, but that’s not what she’s getting dragged for.

She’s getting dragged because if it were anybody else, someone she didn’t like, someone she disagreed with politically, she’d be on Twitter screaming like a psychopath about how they should be fired and sent to prison. And shaming anyone who supported them

Those people are those that hate NLG'politics and are rude like DT.

I'm not getting involved in this lol. NLG's comments here perhaps went a little further over the line in a very generalized defense than they should've over a girl she watched grow up, but they were very tame compared to the night she drunk-tweeted through the Emmys and whined about Viola Davis. Nancy has been a lot better behaved, in my experience at least, since then. Yes, she feels some type of way about Pullos; yes, she could've been a bit less deflecting about criticism. But she wasn't out there saying 'how dare any of you attack my sweet summer child.' It's not that serious.

How nice!🙄

but stops for a Taco Bell first)

  • Pullos and her father stopped off at the fast-food giant before heading to the Malibu Detox and Residential Treatment Center
  • It also offers gourmet dining, a hot tub, yoga, horseback riding, fishing, beach access and other off-site activities during treatment

I think Marci Miller is a bit polarizing for people.  People that like her really like her and people that don't really dislike her.  I have never seen someone neutral on her.  I find her dull and boring with horrible prairie dresses lol.  Perhaps she would excel in a different role, but I don't get her appeal at all.  All I can say is that she looks right for the part and I do think she can act.  The fire, spirit, and adventurousness I would want from Lulu does not feel like anything MM has shown me on Days.   That being said, I would be willing to give her a shot as Lulu.

Bull, Marci Miller had fire as Gabi personality plus in her last year or year and half when DAYS finally wrote Abby as Abby instead of a different character.

I completely disagree.  🤷‍♀️  People have different takes.   I don't think it's "Bull" at all lol.  Marci Miller is dull to me.
