Moses is good casting. Looking at old pictures from the 80s, he had a passing resemblance to Richard Dean Anderson from around that time.

William Moses is in a perfectly reasonable age range to play Jeff Webber, lol. Come on.

I am the first to notice that with Billy Moses and Gregory Harrison there's a Falcon Crest reunion in the making on GH?

Seriously, I am much more excited about these castings than regurgitating an aging hair model from another soap.

I wouldn't get my hopes up for anything #firefrank authorizes. Remember Kim Delaney? Nether does he..😀.

This will dovetail into a story about Finn just like Elizabeth's memories from being a teen.  One of them will have to be "brought to justice for Reiko's illness" or some such crap.

Meanwhile, seeing ex Tasha/ Sela will be a treat. She appeared on DAYS  (Lisa Davis 1980). Her Hopper profile will be up tonight.

Given that William R Moses' main claim to fame was a soap, I don't really see the difference, but it will be nice to have him on TV again. Denise Crosby too. I won't be watching, but I wish them luck.

You're correct, I should've just said Cameron Mathison's name directly...

Oh right, of course, Denise worked on more than one Star Trek project with Jonathan Frakes (Genie Francis' husband).  Frakes acts and/or directs on various Trek series and movies.

And William R. Moses' brother Rick Moses appeared as the hitman Jefferson Smith "Hutch" Hutchins  in a Luke and Laura storyline 1979-1981.   An indirect connection.

My MELROSE PLACE AND STAR TREK heart aren't warmed by this news.

Cuz he can totally be kind and sweet as well as menacing.

Denise Crosby!  I wonder if we'll see any aspects of her Star Trek characters? The good soldier and Security Chief Tasha Yar?  The evil plotting part-Romulan Commander Sela?  Those two characters were very different from one another but both very intense!  I mean obviously she's an actress so she should be able to play *any* type of character, so Carolyn is probably nothing like Denise's Trek characters.  But I have to wonder!

I just hope she isn't too much like her Scandal character.

But very pleased to have her in the role.

Yall are better than me lol. This is good casting, but yall really think this horrible storyline is going to suddenly improve? This has been going for around a year and it has pivoted to now be Finn's story instead of Liz. What makes you think this will change that? Now that we know the secret is about Finn's wife, the likely result is going to be Jeff had an affair and either Jeff or the wife accidently killed her and Liz witnessed it. They aren't going to make Liz's parents a long term thing and they aren't going to suddenly let Liz lead a story.

Well, the last thing that I reliably heard was that they had finally settled on a story & there wouldn't be any more false starts, changes of horse in midstream, etc. and that gave me guarded optimism. But, you might be right that we don't like what they finally settled on.
