True but I’m still willing to not write him off just yet, for what may have been an accidental like. But if something similar happens again, it’s far more likely to show his true thoughts.

So, I guess he won't be taking the recommendation to quarantine for seven-days if he does return to Los Angeles... however, as of 17 hours ago, he and his family are still in Hawaii, and they're both discussion vaccination passports (Rademacher discussing vaccinations a.k.a. CO-WID, per his story, more specifically). He's going to endanger his co-stars if he tries to return... but I genuinely don't believe he's coming back if they are on hiatus, though, it sounds like, per Grahn's tweet, they're on-set.

But it is worth inquiring what the other shows are doing.  Because NLG is so vocal, we all focused on GH but I feel the other shows are crossing their fingers no attention is directed at them to know whether THEY are protecting their crew.

Consider each of the other three soaps have had COVID-related shut downs, and CBS seems to still be distancing their casts, I would assume they're relatively safe. DAYS, in my eyes, was always loosest with their restrictions, because Corday has always maintained if co-stars felt safe shooting intimate scenes, et al, then they would continue to do so.
