Brandon Barash is so hot. 😍

For various reasons, I just can't get behind Stefan, though.  And on GH the character took some turns I wasn't down with, but I'll always love Johnny Z.

BB needs a different hair cut. It reminds me of a honey jar bear.

I thought on paper, the Will/Sonny scenes were good because they added a little humor, called back to the baby talk on the night of the baby switch (Adrienne's death taking up so much space this week is a great dimension added to the switch reveal), and, most importantly, it was the narrative thread of the episode.  That is SO important because it adds a lot of credibility to the storytelling.  Part of why soaps are considered "low" for me is because there's very little cohesive structure... figuring out how tie disparate characters/stories together thematically in the daily shows goes a long way.  When Lorraine Broderick was breakdown writer for TomSell, she was really good at this.

What didn't work for me was Chandler Massey & Freddie Smith... they have basically completely lost their spark.  It's such a shame.  Chandler not only smirks 24/7, but he plays Will as usually always really happy... it doesn't track for the character, and there's little variation.  But Freddie is the one who has become almost unwatchable... there's always something annoying with him--either ridiculously saccharine (like wide-eyed) or hella pouty.  I really, really used to like these guys, too.  Both of them were so much better with Christopher Sean, and when he left was when I really started noticing how unpalatable they were becoming.

Nailed it.

Ugh. DAYS. Stop selling Justin and Kayla. Maybe you should have SHOWN US instead of TELLING US. I feel like all Ron does is waste my time, personally. He pulls the rug out, meanders in the middle and then says "haha gotcha nothing matters"

I'd take Evan any day over Ben. RSW is not good.

The folks over at Goldderby think RSW should be nominated for an EMMY! Granted, they also thought James Lastovic was Emmy-worthy.

Enough said...

RSW was good during the necktie killer SL and then when he came back to drive Abby insane. Everything else before and after has varied from meh to bad.

It's annoying that they had the momentum from the baby switch but they've dropped it for two episodes now without a mention (actually they might have mentioned it today but I got bored so I only watched part of it.)

Ben was channeling his inner Sonny Corinthos today, passing judgment on Evan after all the things Ben has done.

I don't understand how Ciara can say he's changed when he still goes around choking people and would have no issue murdering someone again.

I just don't understand how the writers can have Ben say "Christian's a murderer" and not realize how ridiculous it sounds.

So strange why Chandler Massey is smiling when the scene(s) don't call for it, maybe it's involuntary. Either way, he looked hot @Soapsuds

I don't get it either. It would be a perfect story for Ben and Ciara, but Ciara's been written way too stupidly in the last year or so.
