An Indian actress who was on the last two years of One Life To Live on ABC and the 2.0 version that streamed on Hulu.

There were some inconsistencies and flaws in the presentation but I liked the actors, Shenaz most of all. 

 

I would have loved to see her on Y&R, maybe she could've been  brought in to interview for head chemist at Brash and Sassy and eventually try to discourage a relation between her baby brother and Ashley, who could've been a rival, of sorts. It might've been something interesting to add some more dimension.

Omg that’s her name? I actually really liked her a lot. Tons of charisma, she popped onscreen. Y&R would be so smart to bring her on as family for Ravi. Maybe she could help bring out something resembling a personality in the character/actor. Actually the guy playing Scott has had SC as his scene partner for months and it did nothing for his portrayal of Scott, so probably not. Still it’d be nice to see her on the show.

Nick Choksi is also a fantastic actor.

 

Bringing him on as a new HWG exec & Shenaz as a Brash & Sassy chemist would be a great way to integrate them onto Y&R's canvas in a realistic yet unobtrusive manner.

 

It would also be a great way to introduce real conflict for Ravi (given AS real life talents as a musician).

 

Having him genuinely caught between two driven, well meaning siblings pressing him to follow two very different career paths (both of which he excels at) is a soap staple.

LOL at the comments. I guess the writer doesn't know that Y&R had already hit a 4.8 in viewers earlier in the month. Me thinks this writer is a fan of the couple and is trying to just pimp them.

When was the last time they had Sharon even acknowledge that she knew Adam let alone had a history with him? I despised Shadam as a couple but it was odd just how separated they kept the two characters when Justin Hartley was in the role, you would never even know at one point they considered each other the loves of their lives. But this is the same show that wrote it that Victoria, Nick, and Nikki actually cared enough about Adam to cut Victor out of their lives, when we saw the complete opposite of that the majority of his time on the show.

Y&R's glass ceiling is stronger than ever:

 

1) Victoria sells B&S and goes from CEO to TGVN lackey

2) Jill gives her power to Cane & Billy

3) Hillary wants to sell her show to have a kid - because she can't have both???!!! Possibly selling to Devon/Neil 

4) Ashley had five days as CEO, which consisted of more time sexually harassing Ravi by ordering him to Club than doing work. 

5) Lauren sells to Jack and becomes his biggest fan because she's an inept CEO who destroyed her family's legacy. And it never occurred to her to join CI - owned by her sister, who's a co-owner of Fenmore's. 

6) Abby's company is disgraced, but Scott get buy his company, which profited off Abby's bad fortune. 

7) Chelsea 2.0. Is this still a thing? 

 

Bottom line: Sharon is the most successful and independent businesswoman in CG. Go figure.

      When she first appeared, I was sure she was setting Tyrell up for a prank. She was too much of a manic pixie dream girl- I wasn't surprised Tyrell also became suspicious. Now I'm not so sure. If Jessica genuinely likes Tyrell, it seems like a missed opportunity to not have started her out as a bully, then we see her gradually catch feelings for Tyrell.  The McBrides are definitely the "C" family of BTG. They always get last priority. There have been a few times where the Doug/Vanessa/Joey characters reference off screen conversations which seem too important to not show us. Like when Doug thanked Joey for giving him extra time to pay off the loan. When did that happen? Or when we abruptly moved from Vanessa/Joey at Uptown to Vanessa/Doug in the hotel room. The McBrides don't even have their own set - even though Vanessa is a realtor. It's a shame because I am a fan of the characters and actors.

      I am also adjusting to KR as Ted but I feel that AM and MJ had way more chemistry as father and daughter than AM and KR. We saw Eva dream of having a real relationship with MJ's version of Ted for months so it's a bit of a bummer not to have that payoff with the original actor except for those scenes in MJ's last episode.  Something I noticed about Eva today is how she takes genuine delight in being a schemer. As badly as she wants to be a Richardson, she still has so much of her mom in her. It was jarring seeing her earnestly promise to steer clear of Leslie in her scene with Ted, then immediately switch attitudes when her mom showed up.  I'm very surprised with how quickly the accident story has been moving along. I was sure that it would be months if not years before people figured out it was Leslie on the motorcycle, not to mention responsible for the potassium overdose. I'm looking forward to seeing how MVJ and Guza avoid writing Leslie into a corner.  Finally, I have been loving the Articulettes story. Bonita Brisker was just the right amount of OTT - remember Sharon is supposed to be even more angry than Tracy is. If Sharon didn't come in swinging, people would say she fell flat. The way Sharon and Tracy describe the breakup is so Supremes-meet-Original Recipe Destiny's Child. I get the sense that MVJ is re-writing the Return to Love Tour as a roman a clef, and I love it. I'm looking forward to finding out what the secret they share is. If Dante Green is as shady as Berry Gordy was, it's something dark. If/when they go through with the reunion, I expect Dante to show up and claim to own the Articulettes trademark in a Lou Pearlman-esque twist.

      Other than hanging out with Liz, all of Lucky's stories have been stalled out or dropped; the relationship with his son; his wanderlust. He hasn't been involved in any of the action/adventure or con artist stuff. I don't think he's even had a scene with Sidwell since the latter came to town. He's a real after thought. I doubt he's long for the show.

      Seeing Nicole and Martin together reminds me of watching Alice with Mickey Horton in the 90s and 00s. The seem more like peers than mother and son.  The younger half of the cast (35ish and below) is playing younger, and the older half (35+) is playing older.

      I'm anticipating most of the cast at the Nice location for a few weeks a la the Tuscan villa for Victoria and Ashland's wedding. I don't know why they bother. I'd rather see the money going into more regular home/office sets. This party has been a bust. No secrets revealed, break ups  etc. Ugly decorations and I'm going to slam the costuming again. Just the guests heaping praise on  Nikki  like she's achieved some magnificent milestone rather than just getting a year older.
