If I recall, the last temp Nik recast used to be on ATWT or something. I think it was back when TC broke his arm.

Yep. Chris Beetem. Nick Stabile actually auditioned for Nikolas in 1996 when the role was first introduced and then in 2004 he was up for Steve Webber when Shaun Benson was cast.

And I'd love to be poolside at Camille Grammer'a for obvious reasons….LOL.

um... (unless he hasn't been keeping things tight...) Nick's a better looking guy + actor, so can we KEEP HIM?!

I remember him as a temp for Justin Hartley as Fox on Passions......I agree he probably is better off replacing TC in general.
