God bless Sharon Case for doing her best to make it work. I do still like the Dylan pairing. Sage and her bastard fetus need to die. Sucks seeing Mariah wasted with Kevin like this. Members edgeofnik Posted July 28, 2015 Members Share Posted July 28, 2015 As I recall "smart tv" gave us Porney, Austin, Dullard, Avery in the kitchen, etc. Yeah, that was really smart TV. While I have some issues with the show, it is far more watchable and entertaining than it has been in years. Vets are all over the place, stupid "let's keep a secret" or "misunderstanding" are usually done in a couple of episodes (see Sage DNA test - that would be dragged out for weeks; Sharon texting Avery - handled in a couple of epiisodes), that's far more realistic and it keeps the show moving. I still have problems with no Jill, GT's Phyllis (the writing, not GT), Sage, but overall it's still better than itt was six months ago. On top of that, I guess Phyllis finally noticed a difference today. After years of sleeping with Jack she doesn't notice the difference with Yack. After a month of Yack, she notices right away when Jacks back. Whatever. That was lame! In 10 minutes he took him (offscreen) and brought him back. The promo definitely made it seem a lot longer. Of course she's certainly more interesting than most of the cast at the moment. Jack not telling Phyllis the truth about everything pronto is embarrassingly bad. It was a huge issue back in the 90s for Ashley after learning about the truth about the Blade/Rick switch but it seems so minimized at the moment as an afterthought.
