Okay well I didn't know that so in that sense perhaps her story is plausible but still it seems very farfetched to me that she just accepted a pill without knowing what the heck it was or looking at it closely to make sure.

In short it's not just her story but her demeanor and the way she tells it. It just doesn't ring at all true to me. But it doesn't matter at this time. So long as Cosby faces the consequences that's what matters.

At that time, if a woman took something for cramps, it was Midol or Pamprin. Advil didn't exist, and while both Tylenol and Midol contain the same active ingredient, Midol and Pamprin contained other ingredients as well that tylenol didn't. But back then, people didn't really KNOW the active ingredients in OTC medications, by and large. you took Midol or Pamprin for cramps, Tylenol for headache or fever, aspirin for headache and Excedrin for migraines, Bufferin if you had stomach issues. Some people preferred Anacin, which was aspirin and caffiene together, but mot people didn't know a bayer and a coke = an Anacin.

She also said and I quote: " I had one of the first polaroid cameras"... in 1982, yet Polaroids had been around since the 50's. She also says "And my pajama bottoms were off and the top was opened".... what was she doing in Cosby's hotel room in Pajamas? A slumber party? And everyone knows you do not mix alcohol and medication, no matter what it is, even then people knew... After all, Blanche's Husband drowned in his chicken soup on Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman from just such activity, an entire episode of "Maude" was built around her going loopy after mixing pills and liquor. Your opinion mirrors the vast majority of people I've talked to, they believe the accusations, but not Janice Dickinson.

People for some reason think that women are so ashamed that they never report it when it occurs, and I don't doubt that's true at times, but ZERO out of 20 it a tough one for me. I mean, if a young girl like 14 year old Dottie West can break down and tell her school principal of her father's rape of her, I can't believe that there isn't ONE of these grown ass women who would have went to the cops when it all went down. I still maintain that Cosby ran a casting couch, and traded sex for favors in the industry, and wer'e seeing every groupie he's ever screwed come out of the woodwork. And this is the reason I feel that way.. here in this interview Don Lemon asks "You put yourself in a position to be near him again". And not only was she alone with him AGAIN AND AGAIN.. she also DRANK HIS WINE AGAIN and AGAIN.

I just don't believe dozens of groupies would all pop out at this time because they want to pay him back. I could see that with a few women, possibly, but not this many, especially the women who have said they're speaking up mostly because they saw other women being attacked.

    • Another character driven show with interconnecting plots that make sense. I like that we go from one character, like Sarah, learning that EJ wants to buy the hospital, casually mentioning it to Xander who now has that intel. The only down today was not seeing Steve and Shawn breaking into the lab. I wonder if Dr Poofy Hair will inform EJ about Xander's call. I loved Abe talking to Chanel about losing Isaac and giving her comfort. And helping her voice her fears about Johnny. Kayla standing up to EJ is great. Kayla, freed from Ron, has been great. I am loving all her air time. And Sarah telling her that EJ must be up to something if he wants the hospital is very smart. She would probably clue in to the sepsis research being the big thing if she wasn't choking to death. I assume Felicity messed up the scones and dropped in cleaning fluid or something. Sarah said it tasted weird. They are never getting that honeymoon, are they? Xander has no clue what job Johnny can do. Johnny knows this too. Xander wants to legitimize his takeover by hiring a Dimera. Johnny wants to stick it to EJ. The honesty is refreshing. I want to like Cat and Chad but they are just so awkward. And none of their scenes work for me. Marlena and EJ was very good. I like her wanting to help him but also scared to death for Belle. Makes perfect sense that she is conflicted. I also liked her softly asking Johnny if he needed her to stay once EJ walked in. Ron never cared about this relationship either, but now she is acting like his granny.
    • Sorry, catching up, and the bolded part, yes! Should have been sued by DH's family for that nasty sh*t too   Anywho, back to the show, Kristina is freaking nuts, she needs to be committed ASAP
    • Angry Dante was hot; sorry, but I'm not going to pretend it wasn't awesome seeing Dominic Zamprogna act his ass off in a way that was not crying.
    • Thanks, interesting and so believable (no Lonatrat or Clones...)Instead of the Lewis family he should have made the Oil family Granger...even if the audience didn't remember that one off character it would have been interesting to tie it into the fictional GL world.
    • Dante needs stick removed from his butt
    • When you bring up what I like to call "Shapiro's Folly" you think Dano's acting choices mattered? I ask because I don't think so. As far as I could tell almost universally the ABC fans hated the very idea of her being on all 4 shows! And, BTW, the headwriters also hated it, at least according to comments made by Passanante. But, it is not hard to imagine that they'd feel that way. And, I agreed. If she wanted success she should have planted "Rae" on one & given up her idea of branding, or whatever it was that she was after.
    • Okay, well her reasons were that she had a mandate to reduce the size of the cast & she had another mandate to make the cast overall younger, so her reason for picking Donna to off was because she was too old.  So, is that what you understand? Or are you thinking of something else? Which if so, I would be delighted to hear about it!  She had arbitrarily picked 50 as the age people needed to be younger than.  And, that is why she got rid of both Bridget & Spencer Harrison.  And, getting rid of Bridget was another of her horrible ideas.  Why do you refer to her as the Face of the Show? Don't feel bad. I am a major Cass fan & I don't remember him with Donna either, LOL! Can we say forgettable? And, yes, Lila was the most last minute of last minutes!!!!
    • This is AWESOME, thank you for taking the time to post this! My first thought: My memory is a lot better than I thought it was, LOL! The first episode I clearly remember watching had a scene of Ed confronting Holly about Christina's paternity. He lamented how wonderful things had been over Christmas, so looks like I started watching the show early 1976. The only thing puzzling me is where is Evie? I thought she was around BEFORE Rita got involved with Tim, but maybe that's one gap in my memory. It makes Rita look slightly better--in that case, she didn't seduce Tim knowing her sister had a crush on him.
    • Oh, well.  At least he can cry into his hoodie.
