LOL at the pre-school were none of the kids have divorced parents. Come on. That's just not realistic in the slightest unless they set unbelievable standards and insist the parents show their marriage certificate. Many parents raise kids un-married. Single mothers. Single fathers. Kids living with grandparents or relatives ... lord.

Steve Burton is simply crashing and burning in this storyline.

It's like the fourth time he's had the opportunity to jump out of that robotic-brain-dead-Jason-Quartermaine memory we all have ingrained in our minds ... yet he's tanking again.

Even Sean Carrigan is acting leaps and bounds over him and Stitch isn't even given the meaty portions of this tale.

I am glad that they created the Lily/Kelly friendship. I hate to say it but I almost feel sorry for CK and some of the stuff they write. (That whole bit about "living in sin" WTH? Seriously, on what planet would Lily say something like that. NEVER. And what kind of pre-school does Moses go to where none of the kids have divorced parents. It was so out there and you could tell CK was struggling to make that scene be somewhat plausible.)

I will say that the Hilary/Neil thing has actually exceeded my very, very low expectations - at least, there is a lot of interaction and screen time with multiple players. I give it a "C+" right now, when I really thought it was going to be "F"

That was the silliest line. This is 2014, I am sure some of the kids at the school have two moms or two dads or even a mom who had a child with an anonymous donor.

The story has been entertaining but I disagree on character interaction and airtime. They may get twice a week. That's nothing compared to the other stories at play. They are only interacting with each other. Hilary had a job and a friendship with Jack before she got with neil. That all but seems to have dried up. I was happy to see her interact with Sharon last week but I am not necessarily feeling that friendship any more than I am the one with Kelly and Lily. It just seems to be indicative of the roles they want them to play on canvas in which they are both too young to play. Lily is 25 and has two 7 year old kids and no uterus for cripes sake. Hilary should be allowed to be with someone that doesn't have all this baggage to build a long term pairing instead she is with neil who hasn't been a fresh character since 1999. Hilary and Lily should be friends with Abby, Mariah, or that idiot Summer. Lily definitely shouldn't be giving sex advice to Kelly like they are contemporaries. It's not cute.

Kelly and LIly shouldn't be written as friends, they should only be interacting as co-workers.

Lily should be friends with Abby, while I'd totally could have seen CW's Kelly being friends with Sharon. Perhaps Sharon helping Kelly could have been another element to restoring Sharon's tarnished character instead of that stupid Eletric shock treatment plot point.

Plus, I miss Hilary and Jill going at it. Jill hasn't had anyone to trade barbs with successfully since Nina and Katherine. Jill was no angel, and Hilary wasn't either. I recall Drucilla and Jill butting heads in the early 90s, and I could have seen that recreated with Hilary and Jill.

Hillary's relationships with Jill and Jack were perfect. I'm confused why the writers felt they needed to island her in the black story. Such a waste.

Because, this is still 1954, and colored folks ain't got no bidness messin' with good white folks (...lest they be cleanin' they houses or drivin' they cars).

I know you probably don't mean it this way but I am so over folks trying to recreate Dru in every black female to hit canvas. One of the many reasons I didn't want hilary paired with Neil was that it would intensify that. Let Hilary be Hilary.

I agree that sharon and Kelly should be friends. They both have lost a child. They could have bonded over that when Kelly was a grieving mother.

Because they brought this character on to give those people story. That's her purpose on canvas. Without them, there would be 0 need for her on the show. Without them, she wouldn't exist.

For some reason this seems to be the norm with Y&R. I also enjoyed when Hilary had scenes with Jack and Jill. I thought her and Jill were great together throwing insults, but of course it was just a matter of time before she was going to be into the Winters fold. I really can't stand this story with her and Neil. I think they're both using each other, because he's still in love with Leslie, and she's interested in Devon. Instead of having her and Neil getting together, they really should've just allowed her and Devon to develop a relationship.

I have to wonder the same thing. Where's the source for your information that Farren Phelps begged Miller to return?

You got a link for this? Anyone hear her beg? Or is this just more made-up drama to bash JFP?

So happy David Toms is leaving..he looks 18 years old and foolish with these grown women..I know he is 34 but he just looks and acts so immature..The new Billy will never be as good as Billy Miller but he is an amazing actor and was great on Army Wives. Cannot wait.

I don't think Billy looks foolish with either woman. He and Chelsea look the same age. And Victoria should look much older than him

She was home from boarding school when Billy was born....but I know that doesn't matter on soaps.
