Oh. My. GOD!

Those idiots really are reading this thread!

Next thing you know, they'll be comparing the lawsuit to Marceline painting Vee's house! ohmy.png

:D! I had the exact same thought.

Maybe they are reading... I remember when RC tweeted something I had said--and I don't do tweets...

I know for a fact they read TWOP when they were at OLTL (as well as my old columns, which is hilarious). I wouldn't be surprised if they read here, particularly if actors like Farah Fath did.

I think ABC's response is pretty standard. It's not like ABC was going to say "Yup, we are in the wrong. Prospect Park's $25 million check is in the mail." laugh.png

Exactly! They don't need to feed their attorneys anything off of this board to come up with "baseless".

Oh, please, honey! I mentioned him in one tweet which wasn't even that bad (I think I said something about revisionist history isn't nodding to history) and he just blocked me right away. He didn't even bother to get "quippy" and "witty" and "stank bitch catty" with me like he does with anyone else who mentions him. And plus, Biggie Smalls from Cuntfidential seemed to come for my throat on twitter like we've had previous dealings and I was just responding to someone I co-follow that happened to retweet him.

LMAO! You're making me want to tweet him just to see if I can !@#$%^&*] with him.

For the amount of times that word was used here, it is a straaaaaange coincidence, at the very least, that they chose that exact word as their response.

It really isn't. That's a standard response to legal action that one thinks is...well...baseless.

LMAO! Why do you say such things?

No strange coincidence at all. That is the first response for a [partially] frivolous lawsuit.

You would say that ya vandal!

I kid.

It's standard but I can't help but find it funny since it was a recurring theme of this crazy thread!

With the shows airing, I just thought of something that I don't think anyone brought up. PP is suing ABC for using OLTL characters they weren't authorized too, but if they wanted to get dirty, shouldbnt ABC be able to countersue PP for using Cassandra? She is not an original AMC character. She was created on The City, and this soap ended long before PP came into the picture so it wasn't a part of their deal. ABC never sold The City and technically shouldn't PP's use of the character fall under the same violation they are accusing ABC of?

ooh good thought Cheap

PP is digging their own hole if someone from ABC brings up this very valid point. Yikes, looks like AMC could be dragged into this nonsense...lol

LOL...watch Cassandra turn into a Natalia recast.

Was she named on the City? Would that matter?
