How many times does Phyllis have to cheat on Jack before he gets it?

Seriously? I don't understand why he even wants her back. It is not like she is this reformed new strong person. She is still the hot mess that she has always been. Maybe he gets to cheat on her this time around. I would like that.

Well, what goes around comes around. Jack was a trifling manho before and after Phyllis.

I thought they were setting her up to be the Good Heroine again (apparently La Stafford didn't like the Bad Phyllis stuff involving Tim Reid and being sued for running over Cricket and Paul). But then they had that scene with her and Avery on Monday. Psycho Phyllis is never really far away, is she?

I never got the feeling they were setting her up to be a heroine because she's been the same bitch who blames others for her problems for months. Unlike under MAB though she's not being held as the satandard for women in Genoa City.

Jack and Phyllis were paired up so quickly and uninterestedly that I expect that they will become supporting characters for the younger generation's stories. I see Jack transitioning into the Abbott patriarch with Phyllis acting as stirrer for Avery's story and sounding board for Summer.

Yeah... I don't see Peter Bergman or Michelle Stafford going for that idea at all.

The new ranch set is more modern.

I'm dreading by this comment.

Y&R's set designer simply cannot do contemporrary/modern. Same as the music which is far from modern.

Unfortunately, I doubt that Y&R can afford to spend that kind of money or space on just one set.

Yeah they don't have the money anymore to do that

I don't mind the new ranch set even though they could add a few more decorations to offset the neutral colors.

The probably would've kept the old set had it not been falling apart - Eric Braeden said that was the only reason they had to replace it, bits and pieces were breaking away due to old age and excessive usage.
