May 9, 201214 yr Member Here are another couple of "lookalikes." Well, I know the one on the bottom is Jennifer (wow, that doesn't sound kinky), but who's the one on top (repeat "kinky" remark)?
May 9, 201214 yr Author Member I always thought Jennifer Ferrin looked alot like Beth Ann Bonner. (Talia on OLTL)
May 9, 201214 yr Member The top is Marnie Schulenburg, who played Alison Stewart. Do "tops and bottoms" have the same meaning when we're talking about women?
May 9, 201214 yr Author Member I never got the lesbian vibe off of her and was kinda surprised when I found out. I usually have good gaydar.
May 9, 201214 yr Member The same woman over and over again, processed and assembled at the CBS factory.
May 9, 201214 yr Member They could have said Barbara had a stillbirth she blocked out, and Rick Ryan sold her baby. It would have been Sabrina all over again but might have been good drama. I thought of that scenario, too. Between 1971, or so, and when Colleen Zenk Pinter showed up (in '78?), Barbara was off-screen. Aside from her initial relationship with James, we knew little about her. So, yes -- she COULD have had a daughter (namely, Carly) she didn't remember having. And maybe, if I were THAT kind of writer, I'd see no problem with it. Unfortunately, I have this hang-up when it comes to long-lost children: I feel like the mothers should at least remember giving birth to them. They could give the child up for adoption and make sure no one found about it, of course (until the inevitable moment when they, and we, do find out), but one reason why Sabrina worked for me was that it was rooted in something we saw & something Kim actually remembered.
May 9, 201214 yr Member I don't see that much resemblance. The overblown hair maybe, but those are head shots and I'm not sure the hair looks that much alike when they're moving around. Phyllis has that big square head and red hair. She looks nothing like Nicki Newman.
May 9, 201214 yr Author Member The same woman over and over again, processed and assembled at the CBS factory. Yep. Even though I love Laura Wright. She was on ABC before CBS though. (She was on The City as Ally.)
May 9, 201214 yr Member The same woman over and over again, processed and assembled at the CBS factory. Two thoughts: 1) Terri Conn IN as Sharon's long-lost sister/Nikki's long-lost daughter, Cathy. (Nikki got pregnant by Sharon's dad, then Nick Reed forced her to give up the baby.) 2) Laura Wright IN as Phyllis' long-lost daughter, Julie. (Phyllis was a ho, even on the playground.) May 9, 201214 yr Author Member ^Only after GH is canned. I neeeeeeed my Carly! Two thoughts: 2) Laura Wright IN as Phyllis' long-lost daughter, Julie. (Phyllis was a ho, even on the playground.)
May 9, 201214 yr Member You'd think CBS had a thing against brunettes if you judged by that alone... Actually, CBS is all about the brunettes. Right, Mrs. Moonves?
May 9, 201214 yr Member We can play the look alike game for GH too. All those petite brunettes they love to hire. The only readhead currently is a very dark redhead and then there are a couple of lookalike blondes.
