Melody is wub.png She looks so fabulous on that cover. Amazingly in spite of all the nonsensical storytelling and backstage drama overload she's remained looking stunning and a lot better with her weight loss and also letting her hair grow and wearing it down...so much better than what we saw 2006-early 2010...

Airing more recent eps in favor of real classics started under Bloom back in 2003 when CBS ran Rugrats movies instead of soap classics as they had traditionally done on the holidays cause Christmas. But its funny the wedding was good when it aired but the show overall at the time was awful.

Recent Christmases have been hit or miss;

2006: none

2007: 1995

2008: 1989

2009: 2003

2010: 2008

PS I don't feel sorry for Chloe at all about being deceived, couldn't happen to a nicer sociopath.

"Sweet Mary" was our nickname for her because she was always wearing her cross, going to church while doing everything she could to destroy Paul's marriages to Lauren and Christine. The only time I felt sorry for Mary was when Paul faked his death. CC was wonderful with her matronly outfits, messed up hair and exasperated responses to whatever situation. I wish more Mary scenes were available online. She was the perfect meddling mother.

Look who got yet ANOTHER cover

My question is, are they really that popular? They are pimped out constantly in the promos and across the soap mags. Without watching, they appear to be Y&R's lead couple as they get the most exposure by CBS and plenty of magazine covers. Do they have alot of fans?

SOD must believe the notion that they are trend-setters. If they believe such-and-such character and/or couple is "worthy" enough, and if they pimp them hard enough, then eventually, their readership will come to believe it, too.
