Technically, he isn't acting professionally anymore. These days, Jason Kincaid (or Louis Fossum, his real name) teaches in the theater department at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.

Ironically, I was watching "The Killing of a Chinese Bookie" the other night, and I spotted him, sans mustache, as the valet at a strip club owned by the film's protagonist, Cosmo Vitelli (Ben Gazzara).

Sam was involved with Dorothy Lyman's Opal, but Verla was a spoiler in their romance. There's a clip of Verla and Sam "dirty dancing" at Myrtle's boarding house on YT, in fact, with Opal walking in on the tail end and becoming livid with the two of them.

Jason was pretty popular in the role, popular enough to be (mis)cast briefly on ATWT as Tom Hughes for the last months of 1984.

I have some articles with him somewhere.

I just wish they'd bring back Mark!! This is such a random return.

They sure went out of their way to hide Dack Rambo's hotness.

Wow Opal was so nasty in that clip. To me that's the main difference between Dorothy and Jill - Jill has usually played or been written with more sweetness and dizziness.
