Now that word has spread about ABC's licensing agreement with Prospect Park, which has found a new online home for OLTL and AMC after their respective network runs come to an end, several actors have taken to Twitter to share their reactions to the happy news. Here are just a few of the responses:

Robin Strasser (Dorian, OLTL): "Listen to Mama: even IF this is a BONE being tossed, it's better than the "toss 'em out with the garbage" diss/tone of the big cancellation."

Lenny Platt (Nate, OLTL): "OLTL lives on...in cyberspace. The times, they are a changin'..."

J.R. Martinez (Brot, AMC): "I will say this-my current contract was to terminate on August 31st. Now we must see who they want to keep & renegotiate with. Not sure..."

Ali Sweeney (Sami, DAYS): "WOW!!!"

Eden Riegel (Bianca, AMC): "Best. News. Ever? Right up there anyway. Long live #AMC #OLTL"

Cameron Mathison (Ryan, AMC): "Everybdy see the news that AMC and OLTL are picked up in an online format!? It's so new ...not sure what that means but I'll try and find out."

Chrishell Stause (Amanda, AMC): "It's official! The Internet isn't just for porn anymore! ;)"

Dumb as nails....lol

Kudos to the cast and crew who get to keep their jobs! Kudos to the ABC for selling the rights despite the bitter claims that it would never happen! Kudos to the NY Post for scooping all the other media, especially so the called soap media! Oh, kudos to Prospect Park! Good luck to them, the fanatical soap fans are their problem now.

You guys know what else this means, right? No more AMC/OLTL slap fights in the ratings thread. Online means no Nielsens.

Man this gets better the more I think about it!

Ah, you forget that Nielsen counts online video streams. Those numbers will likely be released if which guarantees that AMC and OLTL fans will continue their slap fight.

Hopefully it means you won't be a part of the picture...

I'd rather he be there than 'Lish.

Oh Lord. Is this what we have to look forward to? Fans clawing at each other like this is a Beverly Hills divorce court over who does and doesn't deserve to stay?

Burn. It. Down.

Oh no, no! It's just something we do. Everytime an actor gets mentioned that AllMyDays doesn't like, I say something snarky about AM. Nothing that deep, :)

BIG FAIL if this show continues on with Rylee as a lead couple. They need to get their happy ending on ABC never to be seen again

Mixed feelings. I am not sure what semblance of the current show or vision will be able to to transfer to an online environment which presumably will have an even more stringent budget that might not be able to afford some of these big actors playing legacy characters. I would much prefer a spin-off, or what I've always wanted.... re-runs from the glory years.

I just hope this doesn't screw with the plans being woven for the finale, because I feel even if this online venture comes to pass... if they don't give AMC or OLTL proper sendoffs when they still are on network t.v., if and when the new platform fails/runs its course... we will be gyped out of an ending the shows, fans and everyone working there deserve.
