And there you go. She's not a sell-out. She's doing what she wants to do and running her business the way she wants to run it. She doesn't owe anything to the streets or the "hood" fans who say she's going "too pop."

She used the "hood" fans to become known and now that she is known she has alienated that audience.

Ive been listening to the new album and I also think it comes across too pop. She sings way too much in it and not enough rapping. It definetly has some catchy songs but I preferred her first album

Exactly. I love Turn Me On and Right By My Side but she has completely changed.

OMG YOU GUYS!! I was there tonight, It was at the Nokia Theatre in downtown LA and it was freaking amazing. OMG, Nicki was just fantastic. She sang all the best songs!

She had three wardrobe/hair changes...lol. First she had a long, wavy blonde weave then came out later with a shorter blonde one. Then to cap off the night she rocked a long, illustrious black wig w/bangs....they all made her look FLAWLESS! I loved the wavy blond weave the best.

This was her first headlining concert in LA. She was so nice & interactive with the crowd & even brought some audience members onto the stage, asked each of them their names, and sang/rapped a song w/them (Bedrock).

I love her even more now after finally seeing her in person, doing what she does best!

Forgot to add she ended the night with, of course, SUPER BASS! OMG. It was such a great moment. SO LOUD!

I was SCREAMING at the top of my lungs the whole night & dancing my ass off.

ETA: Why are people so mean on Nicki's Facebook page I have never seen so many hateful comments. People are just plain cruel to her on there...
